Check your food before you leave.... I'm unaware of how hard it is to look a receipt and see what the is the bag..... please do better... out of everything, each time I stop. I will forever us another Wendy's. Food cold within a 7 minute comute. Do better.
System was completely down. Cashier with the gauge earrings was extremely helpful and still processed my door dash order with the proof of purchase. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to stop another place.. thank you
This Wendy's has an awesome crew eager to serve you the right way. The food is pretty good & the food temperatures are what they should be. They offer the Coca-Cola Freestyle beverage dispenser for those who like to mix it up & have a variety to choose from.
I wish I could give you no stars!! Place an order through door dash. You get pretty much everything wrong. Was supposed to get pretzel baconator and received a regular one. Was supposed to get 2 large frostys and only received one. Didn’t give a straw for my drink and not even a spoon for my frosty. I call to inform y'all of all the mistakes and the absolute carelessness and your phone line is busy. How convenient. What, did you get everyone else’s messed up to? Ridiculous.
I got a Bourbon bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was raw... Not including that they didn't close an order of chilli cheese fries and it soked through the bag all over my car.. not to mention when I pulled up to the drive thru and gave them my name. I was expected to leave without my apple pecan salad I ordered and not even give me the money back for the salad. After I received part of my order they said have a good day and walked away. I had to sit there until they finally got back to even ask about my salad. I was told " get your money back on the app" and they just walked away again before I could even say anything.. this isn't even the first bad experience with this Wendy's. I don't understand how it's acceptable to just give out raw food let alone not even explain what's going on with my order. I still haven't gotten any type of response let alone a refund. I don't understand how this is okay to do to people. The places I've worked it would be unacceptable...
It's an interesting thing when you order food and they give you a completely different order. I ordered the Dave's combo everything on the burger except for tomato and what I got was a plain double cheeseburger. I also ordered the queso fries because I actually like their queso and what I got was a plain french fry. And for some reason they threw in a random order of chicken nuggets. The only thing that was correct about my order was the coke that I ordered which I'm surprise they didn't manage to mess that up as well. Unfortunately I ordered through doordash so I'm not able to just stroll in and show them their mistake and for some reason nobody wants to answer the phone when you call this location, it keeps saying that a voicemail system has not been set up.
First of all, Wendy's is my favorite. I eat here at least 2 times a week. I get the spicy chicken sandwich combo each time! Last night, I got the same thing and drove straight home and ate. I was very hungry so I didn't even think twice about it. About halfway through, I looked down at my food and realized it was COMPLETELY RAW! This hadn't been cooked at all. It was also warm. So it'd been sitting out long enough to be warm. I am so disgusted and nauseated and really hoping I don't get food poisoning from this. I understand mistakes happen, but I just want to forewarn others to take a look before eating half of their raw chicken sandwich.
