Ordered a Dave’s Triple through the drive thru. Got home and taking one bite the meat was completely pink. Broke the rest of the burger in half, it’s pink through and through. I called the store and unfortunately no one answered. Very disappointed by this.
Entered to make an order, was ignored by 3 employees. Finally one acknowledged i was there. The one who recognized me could not speak English. The person she tried to get attention to help me ignored her and me. This all took place over approximately 3 to 4 minutes. I spoke directly to the person who seemed to be in charge. She ignored me again. I left without ordering. No one else ( customers) was in the store. Probably will not return.
Went thru the drive thru Saturday Night around 11:30 pm. I orderd a Double Meat Burger with large fries and large coke. The lady ask me what I wanted on it and I told her. When I got home I had chicken nuggets instead of a burger. It was to late to take it back as it was closed. The lady at the window even looked in my bag before giving it to me. How do you miss a burger over chicken nuggets.
This is my second time at this location ever because i moved here in Oct of 23 and the service was not good just like the first time. Both times that I’ve been to this location I’ve had to go inside and ask them to fix my order because they didn’t put everything I ordered in the bag. And they didn’t offer or give me my receipt either. Something is off with this location seems like they “forget” on purpose and change your card anyway’s even tho I was the only one in line. this has happened both times I’ve been here. And I was very nice to the workers both times.
We have been here a few times with our family. Everyone has been kind. The day shift seems to be on top of things more so than the evening shift. The evening shift seems to be out of everything, plus the dining room is sticky/dirty. We cleaned the table before we sat down. The men's bathroom was filthy in the evening time. Try to go during the day if you visit here.
This Wendy’s is probably the best Wendy’s I have visited… I travel a lot so I can tell you that almost every Wendy’s I have been to is always clean and the food is fresh. However, there are certain things that would make a restaurant that is part of a chain stand out. The following is a few of them and apply to the store in Lumberton TX. The dining area is always clean, without exception. The restroom is also extremely clean. It looks like it has just been clean every time I go there. The young man who is a manager there is very sensible and has exceptional people skills. I DoorDash now that I am semi retired so I’m in there a lot. I have personally witnessed several occasions that would make any normal person get upset. He always comports himself with respect and grace. I can truly say that this is an exceptional quality that should be present for anybody who is a manager. I not only go there to pick up orders for other people, but I also am a customer and the things I like the best are good food and friendly people. This young man does a great job keeping customers happy thank you Wendy’s for hiring such professional leaders.
I Should’ve looked at the reviews for this location..
Cold potato’s and they just opened. Had to wait for food and got my order wrong. (no frosty’s in the morning) but I paid for it.
I ended up getting my order, but still very disappointing wait..
the croissant was ok.
Had to repeat my order 3 times because she couldn't understand my plain English and when I got my "large" fry, it had less than my husbands medium fry in it! ????
