Clean restaurant. Very clean. Bathrooms were lean too. Service was fantastic.
I don't think I've ever been so impressed by a Wendy's. The manager, on shift both times we went to this Wendy's was running that place like a machine. She said hello to us both times we came on our way through, and on our way back to VA.
Everyone impressed me here. And it's a rarity, but they all deserved the praise. Approximately 1pm on Monday. Thank you.
Great location, always love to dine in here. Store is very clean and food always cooked and served well and parking is good also. I always look forward for their seasoned potatoes every time I stob by.
I ordered online through the app. It was made exactly as I ordered with xtra pickles and lettuce on my burger. I love the deals they offer in the app. They are half the price of other fast food restaurants and include a drink. I was able to customize my meal with one of the many drinks Wendy's offers including a frosty instead of being limited to a few choices of soft drinks. The app allows me to buy exactly what I want and I can add a la carte items including desserts or nuggets for the kids as I wish. I really love this location and I'm grateful they are close by when we are in a jam. We are always treated well and the people here are hardworking and friendly.
This is one of the cleanest Wendy's Restaurants I've seen. It was laid out nicely. It had more of a personal touch than those other fast food restaurants that are going fully automated. The food was fresh and tasted good. There were more healthy options as well, which we appreciate.
It took like 20 minutes to get to the place to order and then another at least 20 minutes to get food after that. It was not worth the stop on the road trip. Wish we had gone somewhere else. To top it off, the fries were luke warm, and the pretzel baconator was just fine and it also wasn't even that warm so I'm not sure why we were waiting so long.
Didn't get to eat here 20 people in line to get food inside and 8 cars outside. Needed quick service. Waiting in the drive through for twenty minutes and the line moved 2 cars. Sad.
I just left this Wendy's on Sharpsburg, I ordered the $5.00 biggie bag and upgraded to the ghost fries, I wanted to try them, this order went south real fast. Not only did I not get my chicken nuggets, I was not expecting those fries to be so oily and messy, the oil leaked through the bag onto my white blouse, that ruined my day. I threw them away. Just gross, still don't know how they taste but I will not order them again. The burger was not what I ordered, I ordered no pickles on the double stack, not only did I get pickles, I had bacon, 2 items I don't eat, to sum it up I spent 6.04 for a diet soda, that the only thing I kept. SMH! ????♀️

Absolutely zero customer service. Stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes waiting to place an order without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Did not spend a dime here today, nor will I ever.
