It is very frustrating to walk in and have to key your own order into the kiosk. Once the kitchen gets my order, they inform me they are out of part of my order. Had there been a cashier, I could have adjusted my order instead of having a substitute I did not really want. There were only two open booths, and the rest of the tables had their chairs on them still. It is 12:30 PM. The table that was open was sticky. I will not be back here.
****Edit - Next level self-serve....a patron just had to get his own cookie from behind the ordering counter!!! No health codes were violated here.
The store hours says open at 7am. Not being open at 7am is a management problem. Im sitting there at 7am and told its going to be a few minutes. I probably had the best Burger King breakfast sandwich ever. And they are open on time...
I ordered food tonight and when they gave it to me it was cold. Asked to have it remade and the manager argued with me so I asked for a refund, manager proceeded to slam the window and finally remade the food that I really don’t want at this point. When she brought me back the food I asked her for her name as she was not wearing a name tag, and she told me she wasn’t going to give her name. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s again.
Quite possibly the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to, and my standards aren’t very high.
I’ve been to this Wendys location about 10 times. My order has been wrong every time, fries are burnt (they re-fry them to heat them up), and they forget the sauce EVERY TIME. I just went there for my lunch and it’ll be the last time. Stay away from this place.
07/23/2023 Just got the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich. Halfway through the chicken breast, the meat became totally dried out, hard, discolored, and disgusting. I'm not sure if it is freezer burn or maybe it sat under the heat lamp too long. See photo. $13 for this sandwich, drink, and fry. I'm not sure what is going on with this Wendy's, but it is consistently terrible.
I go to this location and to the drive through. I order 2 baked potatoes and they are out of them. I then order a chili and they are out. So I order 2 baconators and a small fry. I get a small fry with 8 frys. I went to the door and told them they only gave me 8 frys. They then gave me a large fry meanwhile the tough one with a man bun was mean mugging me which I find amusing. My baconator had maybe 2 pieces of bacon. The 2nd baconator was a chicken sandwich. I took the bun of and the lettuce was wilting. I NEVER ordered a chicken sandwich. I wish I could give them a zero.
Unbelievably rude staff. No sense of urgency to get customers their food in an efficient manner. They act like junior high schoolers in there. There were flies buzzing all around and it was quite filthy. Their grease basin outside is overflowing and visible to customers in the Drive-Thru. Someone needs to call the health department and get this $h1t hole shut down once and for all! Maybe that will wipe the smug looks off the rotten employees faces & humble down their condescending attitudes ????
Their food is horrible. The staff is nice though ????????♀️
