They don't have good customer service here at ALL. Went through the drive thru tonight and was cut off and rushed with "anything else?" before I could even say what I wanted to order, then was met by an annoyed staff at the window. Only 2 employees were in uniform out of the 5 we saw working, multiple employees were wearing everyday clothes and jackets. The food was mediocre at best as well. Ordered a cheesy bacon potato and got a potato with what seemed like not even a full strip of bacon, just pathetic really. Honestly won't be coming back here even though I live close. I would rather drive further for better service.
This is a good place to eat. I have had two issues with this place. First, the soda machines are always out of flavoring. Second, there have been some not so friendly people working the cash register. The food is good though.
I’ve written a review for here before and it used to be a good one... either this place let their standards slip.. or I had never been in the lobby and used the drive threw. Definitely not the cleanest place! Please hire someone to care about cleanliness! People eat here... and try to make door dash orders more of a priority or don’t use their platform!! You guys make me late getting food to people who pay good money to have it on time! Water all over the floor. I almost just watched an elderly person slip. It was still there today and I noticed it last time I was here! Dangerous Wendy’s! Please fix!
Ive waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru this morning without a single person even trying to let me know they are behind schedule or anything like that… very unprofessional
I always get an upset stomach when I eat here and now I know part of why, they don’t properly handle or cook their food. I got a baconator and got multiple full strips of completely raw bacon (picture below)
Food is like any other Wendy's, but they need to spend 20 minutes cleaning the entire place and put a pause on cooking food.
Super wilted lettuce, cold chicken which is normally served warm. I’m unsatisfied with the food but service was great.
Terrible customer service at this location! I will never go here again! They're employees have lousy training!
