The Cinnabon pull apart is less than HALF FULL. The bread is hard as a rock. ITS CRUMBLE NOT PULL APART. Its been reheated multiple times for sure. franchise owner wants maximum profit.

Went to Wendy's at Centerplace and Paola and employee was very helpful and respectful. Keep up the great job! Will definitely return because of her.

I was so excited, I was at the eagles game and the eagles scored more then 4 points, they announced go to your nearest wendys and receive a free frosty. So I stopped by on the way home and they weren't participating.. really
Went last night dinner. Went through the drive thru. When I paid I was not offered or given a receipt. This becomes important because when I went to the pick up window my order was missing items. I asked for a receipt, employee refused. Rather than hold up the line arguing I left, but this location has lost a customer permanently because of their dishonest employees.
The girl working the register at 11:20 am was rude as all heck. Will just go somewhere else next time I'm hungry. If you don't like your job then find a different one, don't take it out on the customer.
Perla is the rudest worker that you have. I've been in multiple times and she just cracks jokes on customers like being a wendys employee is a highlight of life. I would say by far the worst thing is her attitude when she has to help you, feeling like your a bothersome at her business. Wendy's do better!!!
