racist staff. because they thought i was white( I'm puerto rican) and talked shit the whole time and made me and my family uncomfortable. talked about my weight which I am pregnant and acted like we couldn't hear them. highly don't recommend coming here
Line to order was long, but it moved pretty quick considering. The wait for food was short. The lobby was clean, there was an employee dedicated solely to cleaning tables as patrons got up and left. Soda machine was out of several flavors including the one I wanted most which was cherry vanilla coke. My son of the baconator was good and fries right out of the fryer. Wife's feesh mozzarella salad was as well.
Newly remodeled. Very nice. Food was good. Staff was terrible. Pricing is fabulous. Had a good meal.
The man that took my order was VERY rude. I believe he was a manager (Steve) I, along with all the customers after me said Thank you & he gave no response. His attitude was terrible. Also having to listen to him scream at 1 or more employees very loudly! I think he can learn something from the younger employees on how to treat customers
I asked for a strawberry lemonade with no ice, they got that wrong. Requested that they take the ice out, when I receive my drink it was a completely different drink. My whole meal was cold, with no sauce. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I will not be going back
Employees arguing and cussing. Could not get order right and was very unsanitary. Worst Wendy's by far. Needs to be shut down or at the very least, a refresh cus this is sad.
Very extremely friendly people. Since the big Wendy's that everyone goes to that's on the main drag there this one you can't even see unless you're in the strip mall parking lot the signs barely visible from the main biggest road. You guys should really fix that sign because the only reason we found it is because we went to the first Wendy's and they said they're not open . Not satisfied with that answer We ran around through the drive-thru again and asked do you know when you'll be open and we're told we have no idea we're working our hardest. So we looked for another Wendy's and had no idea this one was there even though I had just been in this parking lot the day before at the pet store. So kudos to you guys for being open and for being so very nice. I personally didn't get anything to eat but the person I was with did. And I'm pretty sure he was very satisfied.
With kindness like that you should be a waitress. You would make so much more money cash money.
117/2021 I went through the drive thru ordered a strawberry lemonade and recieved a regular lemonade. I handed my lemonade back and the girl at the window put a small squirt of something in the cup. After trying my lemonade again it still didn't taste like strawberry lemonade. The girl at the window responded with "you saw me put it in the cup you need to mix." I've never received a strawberry lemonade that was yellow. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I will not return to this wendys location
