Went late at night. The young lady at the window was impeccable. I wish I knew her name ????, but her service was great, and she got that line moving. Oh yea, and my food was hot and fresh! I would definitely take the drive to this location of its always this way.
The cashier was really struggling and he couldn't spell my name and got several orders wrong. The exterior looks faded and really sad, and with the grunge on the ceiling tiles gotta wonder the last time the restaurant was thoroughly cleaned. The service counter and drink area was sticky from spills. It would be great if one of the 4 or 5 employees in the back would come clean at least a few times a day!
This particular Wendy’s location had a variety of issues that were minor inconveniences. For starters, the cashier was unable to print a receipt due to a lack of printer paper. The drink machine was lacking ice and did not have any carbonation properties. However, the cashier did assist my party in filling our drinks. The food was fairly standard so no complaints from me. However, I do mourn the death of the 4 for $4.
They were doing construction on part of the building you could only go through the drive through window I should have taken that as a sign. I ordered a p nuggets and fries pulled away after receiving some hot fries and old nuggets made a U-turn went back to the drive through window to receive a refund I will never go back to that Wendy’s ever again those nuggets had to be about 2 hours old no exaggeration.
Dirty floors, out of items, ridiculously slow and lacking customer service. Paid for our order only to be told they were missing half of the items and then told us it was too late to cancel the rest of it when we no longer wanted to order at all. Worst Wendy’s experience in a long time.
Horrible.. HORRIBLE customer service, rude employees. If you’re gonna have an attitude while doing your job, then don’t come to work, there’s no reason to have an attitude when speaking to someone when I’ve done nothing wrong. Don’t know how this place is still open or still have these rude people working there. Find better people who actually want to work. My food was horrible. Burger was trash. It was really hard, couldn’t eat it, fries were garbage, only thing decent was my 4 pitiful nuggets and my lemonade, never will I ever eat here again
The voice at the drive-through said we would need to come inside because they didn't have staff to man the drive-through. I noticed the entire place looked dirty and worn down as we were pulling in. They have large size wall windows at this location, and I could see that they were filthy from the seat of my car. I forgot I even wanted a frosty and simply drove away. This place is gross and should be majorly cleaned or closed down.
You never know what kind of service you'll get here. The guy literally threw my food to me, but I had ordered online. No have a great day at the window. With the young lady who greeted me, the speaker was wonderful
