It took at least 5 minutes of all the employees staring at me for someone to take my order. I ordered the sausage burrito. They made it quickly then proceeded to let it sit on the counter for another 5 minutes while they talked and joked around. When I finally got it, not only was it not warm, there were only 2 small pieces of sausage at each end with mostly egg in the middle. Awful experience.
Foods ok. Its what you expect from cheap fast food. People at front are normally friendly and helpful. Drive through people especially at night are almost always rude. There's no reason for attitude. I am always polite and try to brush it off but sometimes they just are rude regardless.
My family loves eating at Wendy's when we are in Conway. We live in Clinton AR and only fast food is McDonalds, Taco Bell and Subway. These 3 Fast Food Restaurants are trash because they have no competition like Wendy's or Dairy Queen. The employees attitudes such and the food is almost always cold when we get it. But Wendy's in Conway is one of the cleanest Fast Food Restaurant that I have been to and food is great and employees are friendly

So when is it okay for all the employees to turn around and start playing, laughing and cutting up as guests walk up to try and order?!!!When did Wendy's start to Not Care?!!!!
Every single Employee last night needs to be taught all over again How To Be A Considerate Human Being!!!!

I've NEVER EVER EVER experienced this kind of inconsiderate human beings at any other Wendy's across this USA,But This Wendy's In Conway,This One Right Here,Needs To Be Gutted,And To Start Over!!!
Obviously whomever is the owner and in management positions just don't give a S###!!!!
So save your hard earned money and time and go somewhere else,where you actually matter!!!!
Also ordered delivery from the same establishment on 7-27-24 and my entire order was incorrect.
I have Stage 4 Colon Cancer and certain foods I can't handle so I order with special instructions and they might has well have slapped me personally in the face.
Thought going in would be better,But That Was A Mistake,But A Blessing In Disguise!!!! If I would've had my phone or my husband we would have taken pictures of what we walked into last night 7-29-24,Awful!!!!!

My only complaint is that the Wendy's app is hit or miss. Plus my store seems to have continual problems with their scanner...so half the time I can't use my offers or earn points. So for technology I give them 1 star.
It's a fast food restaurant, can't have expectations too high. But for a road trip it was adequate. The service was quite slow, many were remarking about it, if I'd known before hand how slow they were going to be in would have stopped somewhere else.
We ordered Buffalo sauce nuggets but they gave us bbq, they didn't give us 1 of our fries and one of our cheeseburgers. The cheeseburgers we did get were cold (actually the entire order was cold) and made wrong (asked for no onion add mayo on one and they didn't put the other toppings and only added mayo and they added lettuce on one that we didn't ask for lettuce on.) The woman at the drive-thru had earpods in and didn't say a word. Go to any other Wendy's.
I use the app and get great deals. The food is good, prices are good. Service is quick
