Sometimes you find Sunday weekend staff at fastfood restaurants frankly not on the top of their game. At this Wendy's it definitely was not the case. This crew brought their A game. Courteous and very efficient going well above what would be expected A clean and well lit fast food restaurant. Air conditioned perfectly. Located on the same side of the street as a Walmart Neighborhood store, very convenient for a quick bite of a tasty variety of food and drinks.
floors were wet and sticky. didn’t get my receipt. syrup tasted expired. honey on my chicken sandwich might have also been expired. the french toast tasted to eggy. glass door was scary.
Can't say much about the food because I ultimately decided not to eat here. I had to use the bathroom before ordering and 6:40 am there was literal dried poop all over the bathroom toilet seat. You could tell that it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. I shook it off and used the other stall. Back in the dining area, there were flies everywhere. No one had greeted me when I came in and now standing at the counter, no one was in sight. That gave me time to look at the menu but it hadn't been changed to the breakfast menu yet. After about 3-4 minutes, a lady saw me and called over a cashier who then proceeded to try to change over the signs by whacking at them with a broom. This confirmed my suspicion that I was the first in-lobby customer of the day even though they had been open for quite some time and that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. I just had a very bad feeling, you could call it the ick if you like, but I changed my mind and left.
I come to this location for first time and last time the costumer service was the worst I have ever had in any fast food location.. Yareth was rude and not helpful. I asked for pack of ketchup and he Throw it at me..
My favorite Wendy’s; new, clean, friendly staff.
Great location on Port Republic. Food always feels freshly made and doesn’t look like someone there a burger together in ten seconds.
We’ve been here many times and always gotten our order right.
So just moved back into the area. Kinda curious why the menu board says $4.99 for a $5 biggie bag, but yet I’m charged $7 when I order the meal. Something doesn’t seem right. Happened to me twice within 2 weeks.
The lady working the drive thru was very professional and super sweet. Coming across kind people is rare these days and she helped ensure that I’ll be back for more!
This chain has more made to order food than many fast food chains, but that slows down delivery. Sometimes quick delivery trumps taste and vice versa. This chain does not easily scale up production in the event of long lines either. This store location has more dense seating than other locations. At least this location has drink vending machines so a refill doesn't necessitate another wait.
