Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I feel like the franchise doesn't get talked about enough. I visit this location maybe twice to three times a month depending on how often I need to run errands. I have never had a disappointing meal from here. The baconator fries are a really big treat that my daughter and I split. The workers always have the best attitude no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is, for the most part, very clean and neat. The atmosphere is what I call calm. It's always peaceful when my daughter and I come to visit and dine in. The only reason I gave Wendy's a 4/5 star for the atmosphere is that while there are lovely pictures hung around the restaurant, I feel like the walls and floors are a really bland color. Wendy's used to have the awesome garden dining area and over the years have that bland beige/gray coloring and it just feels like the franchise isn't trying to be attractive anymore. We still love this location very much and will be returning.
It took 10 minutes throught the drive through at 9 pm to get our food after we had ordered it and was waiting at the window. Then once we got home only a 4 minute drive we ate our food and it tasted like it was left from first thing in the morning. My husband didn't even get his whole order The only good thing about our food was the chili and it was bland as hell.
Worst fast food sandwich I think I’ve ever ate… I don’t normally complain and never publicly or ever socially but the employees did nothing about it when my boyfriend and I complained. This sandwich is supposed to be the famous new “Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich,” clearly was nothing like it! I did ordered it with no cheese but my boyfriend’s had cheese that wasn’t even melted as advertised, and the sandwich was cold. Very disappointed in this Wendy’s! I typically love Wendy’s but probably won’t return to this one unfortunately.
The salad was good but the sides for the salad are expired
Multiple times I’ve been to this Wendy’s and it’s always been rude service. On top of that the last time I went they threw the sauce in my bag with it leaking in the bag and it got through it leaking all over the car. If you can eat at another Wendy’s, I’d suggest it highly.
The were nice but the customer service was awful they skipped half my order and they jsu walked away when I was trying to talk to them????
The food wasnt too great... It was cold for us, and they put Mayonnaise on EVERYTHING... the people were nice, that's about it
Foos was ok- as expected. Seating area not inviting. Now I see why take out was busy
