I ORDERED A MAPLE CHICKEN BACON CROISSANT COMBO THROUGH DOORDASH AND I GOT BURNT BUNS WITHOUT THE BACON AND CHICKEN! The buns are not even the croissant ones! Im literally shaking from hunger and this is what i got !!!!!!!!
Ordered from their website for delivery. They forget the main item and told the delivery driver everything was in there. Yeah of course they refunded me but when you're planning on feeding a bunch of people and you don't get what you ordered, it's a bit frustrating. Avoid palm bay rd location.
The woman who took our order was EXTREMELY RUDE! She kept yelling at everyone, she laughed at my mom for the way she was speaking English which is EXTREMELY RACIST, she had the most horrific attitude towards us and everyone else in the restaurant. She even started an argument with a 12 year old little girl for defending her mom from the way she was laughing and speaking towards her. Definitely seemed truly miserable with her job and life, really disappointed at Wendy’s for hiring people like this. Please don’t waste your money here!
Wendy's should not allow this. Bad service. Bad food. Staff makes you feel like you are messing up their day just by arriving. I can't believe how long it took to get my food considering a) I ordered online but they forgot to make it and b) how slapped together it looked. Some items were cold. All items were somehow dried out. The person working the front ignored customers that walked in them walked over to the register saying nothing. Just.. okay.. so we order now?
I asked for a straw. The man said nothing. I was not a human. I didn't know if he was going to get one or not. He came back but I'm not sure it was for me because he hesitated when I reached out for it.
This was a disastrous visit. But at least the food was awful.

Great breakfast!!! Wendys has the best breakfast!! Seasoned potatos are bomb????!! I dont do micky d's or burger queen!! Service was great!! Michelle, Mrs. Bonnie, Ms. Mayne and hurricane Tanya is in the house period!!!! Food comes out fast, fresh, and very good. Great job!! This is GM Cindy"s house !!! Done deal !!! Don"t have to say no more!!
Thank you jenn for holding my honey chicken ???? biscuit when it was almost lunch time was great and so was the service.
Food was alright bc it’s Wendy’s it’s gonna be good, but the dining room is filthy! Seems like they wipe the tables maybe once a day if that. Absolutely disgusting
