3 employees saw me waiting to be served and disappeared into the back after telling me the drive thru card reader was down and I could come inside. ???? this has been an ongoing issue for over 2 years, I guess I'm old fashioned for thinking you need to actually work somewhere to keep a job.
Okay so the only reason I am not giving you guys a 1 star is because I got most of my order. Here's what was wrong with this experience. 1) person taking drive thru order doesn't seem to hear well. I gave him my name and up at the window he was getting it wrong even though I kept repeating it for a mobile order. 2) One item was half wrong. That was my chocolate frosty cold brew. Y'all if you are going to be handing out the wrong things don't be trying to play us for stupid. I know what I ordered. 3) napkins, spoon, and fork would have been appreciated. 4) You young kids have got to carry a better attitude. You don't ever want to serve anyone. You are out of, or something isn't working? Isn't that what you guys are saying McDonald's does right? Doesn't seem like it at this store. #11 Btw I to went to BK to get the coffee for my cold brew and finished making it myself. Last but not least if you all don't like your job find another one and let someone who will actually work take your place. Thank you!
I placed a pick up order at 3:55. I arrived at 4:05 and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before being told to go inside even though I specified drive through in my order. When I got in, the manager told me I shouldn’t have been told to come inside but he would get me my food. I did not leave with my food until 4:45. The woman working the desk kept taking and filling other people’s orders and not working on mine. They were out of sprite and instead of asking what I would like instead, she filled and tried to give me a mellow yellow, claiming they are the same thing. That is way to long to wait for food. It was a 50 minute process in total from order being placed to walking out for a simple order of two combo meals.
They never have the inside open and don't put up signs explaining this nor give reasons why they are a drive through only location. The food is often slow and wrong even when you do actually get it. So those of us on foot or bike are out of luck here.
This Wendy's in Dayton, Ohio was so slow took 20 minutes to order our food we even went inside. the manager was rude probably bc he had to help out in front with ???? and he wasn't wearing GLOVES. at least the cashier was nice.
This location is dusty. Workers outside smoking taking orders from the parking lot . Can’t get to the drive up somebody is charging a car in the middle of the drive thru line. Then the nerve to have an attitude while taking an order as if you’re being interrupted from hanging outside and not doing your job. Went ahead and pulled off that’s is too much.
I give all one stars to this restaurant. I walk in and the guy at the counter dres locks with tan and red color in his hair tells me they only are taking door dash and won't serve me! Is it because I was white? IDK but there was a lot of cars in the drive through! Horrible! Won't ever eat at Wendy's again the rest of my life!!
Not fair to the door dash drivers who are getting paid per order to wait in a long line because the lobby is closed at 7pm. Absolutely ridiculous and when we ditch the line because we're not ordering the manager comes and says we have to go back in the line. Ummm no. The line isn't budging because you guys aren't doing your darn job. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Edit: Back again on a door dash. Lobby is closed but this time it's 4pm. They are moving a car every 7-10 minutes. Their menu board is broken to pieces and big POP (menu signs for those not in fast food) is flying all over the parking lot. They have a grocery cart full of trash sitting behind the store. What a mess. Thankfully this time I learned my lesson and door dash allows you to get paid by the hour. But it's not worth it because there isn't a promo to pay more by the hour like there is at night time.
There's a worker trying to come to work that's locked out. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate but I'm going to do some research and let them know what kind of establishment they are running.
