The tall, heavier set younger guy has no business working the drive through window. He is extremely slow. Pulled up with two cars at the window ahead of me. Had me wait 5 plus mins to take my order. All along he’s having random side conversations while on the headset. When I do order I asked for the bacon double stack biggie meal. He gets it wrong. I repeat it again. Doesn’t ask what drink, sauce etc. I give him that info…:twice! Get to the window no receipt. Get half way home and he forgot my son’s nuggets for the meal. Drive back and there’s now 6 cars in line but luckily some other lady had partially taken over the window so it went quickly. Get the nuggets (no apology, acknowledgement etc) hands them out of the window without looking at me and walks away. Look at the receipt and he charged me incorrectly. It’s not a huge difference but had he paid attention when I was ordering, the order could have at least been done correctly. Instead I had to drive back out of my way for the food AND you rang it up incorrectly. He either needs a new job or to be retrained. It’s not that difficult.
My husband ordered from this Wendy’s this morning, which I went to pickup it per our usual routine. If I could give this location zero stars all across-the-board, I would. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have an order for Justin K then after showing them screenshots the woman at the register finally admitted that they already given it away, that my only options would be to cancel my order and to go home. I told her that was unacceptable and that they needed to make our order. It is not my fault that they gave away our $30 worth of food. She kept telling me it wasn’t their fault though and told me I needed to listen to her because I wasn’t understanding what happened, which I replied, I fully understand you have given my order away. She then loudly screamed at me that she wouldn’t tolerate my behavior and to get out of her store. I told her I wouldn’t and she could call the cops to explain their mistake. She continued to screamed at me to leave when finally her GM came out and told her to calm down/go to the back. She VIOLENTLY threw her headset into the stations in the back as she mumbled away. The GM tried to apologize and remake our food. None of the order is correct, we didn’t get drinks and I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life. All I wanted to do was shrivel up and die with the way they treated me. The indecency and blunt disrespect for their customers is appalling. Wendy’s WAS my favorite fast food restaurant, but this druggy filled location will for ever be scarred into my memory as the most mortifying experience. I didn’t curse, call them names or treat them with an ounce of disrespect. All I asked was for them to take responsibility for their mistake and give me my order. PLEASE close this location down, the staff is terrifyingly demoralizing and clearly incompetent to even check orders properly. Wendy’s they are wasting your product and tarnishing your good name. Thank you for making Chick-fil-A number one fast food restaurant, take some notes! PLEASE!

I hate doing a review unless it's anything but good. My family of five went into this Wendy's for the Krabby Patty meal. This place was an absolute disaster. Not very many places to sit because in one booth there was a homeless guy there with his dog peeing on the floor while we were waiting on our food. The guy who took our order was clearly high he was bouncing up and down didn't even make our food right. While we were ordering a couple people just started walking in the back I don't know if they work there or not. French fries were all over the ground it was an absolute mess back there. While we were waiting for our food a lot of people are coming in that looks to be homeless just getting free food and loitering. The booth behind my family had a guy in it that was on something waving to himself jumping up and down and cussing. On our way out we had been pushed aside by the homeless man with his dog peeing all over the floor. I would never return here
I spent $50 for a Krabby Patty meal that had nothing to do with SpongeBob absolutely disappointing.

Halfway through my sandwich, I had the pleasure of biting into one of the staff's hair! Needless to say, I am no longer hungry and think I'm going to throw up!

I changed to a one star because no one at this company reached out to correct their error! Because they don't care!!!!
Visit was on 3/3/23 in the evening time. Ordered sw avocado salad. Got all the way home to see they had not put the avocado in there. It's in the name, so it's kinda ridiculous they forgot it. Food took awhile to come out even though it was a very short line. But that's not the issue I'm having.
My food was cold, missing the fixings, looked like a toddler made it. Restaurant very grose, floors disgusting. Drive up person disgusted because I asked for the missing items. No fork to eat my food...bunless burger ! Not going back to his one, much better one just downthe road.
It's a fast food place. Those are always depressing for me, mainly because there's not a lot I can eat on the menu. Salad was the saving grace here, being able to get a good salad is hard at fast food joints.
