Ordered through the app this morning. Got to the box to let them know at about 1032. They not only didn’t have my order ready but processed the order so I can’t cancel or get a refund. They refuse to give me my food telling me I was too late and wouldn’t give me my money back. I called the customer service line in the app and was told they can’t help me either. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and warning everyone I know to stay far far away. The quality has been plummeting lately anyway.
This is sadly the worst Wendy’s location. It’s been around forever but they always have awful lines inside and the drive thru. It takes forever to order and get your food. Customer service isn’t good either. Lots of moody employees (probably because this location is struggling so bad) hopefully the owners will hire more staff and get this place in better shape! This is suppose to be fast food but you can honestly eat at a sit down restaurant quicker than going through the drive thru here.
Should not take 45 minutes to get 3 cars worth of food. Turning away people behind us because the cashier had an attitude, nobody was allowed to return it. Probably 15-person line, we were in the front 3, and no food came out for anybody for half an hour. This is unacceptable, I've worked in fine dining that's faster than this Wendy's. Don't go unless you want subpar food and bad attitudes, and wait for 5 employees to not even cook 1 persons order in 30 minutes. We even ordered on the app to make it faster. All in all, hire employees who don't do drugs and want money. It didn't seem like anyone there last night wasn't high or hated their job. And I'm not talking about pot....
I waited in line for 20 minutes. I ordered the krabby patty meal and I was really excited to try it and when I received it, I was very disappointed. It was a regular burger meal. Not the colorful bun. And I also ordered chicken nuggets and frie, the chicken nuggets were undercooked. The fries were too salty was not enjoyable to enjoy. This was not what I was expecting I drove 30 minutes to get to Wendy location would never come back .

Spicy chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich is yummy ???? delicious ???? 5/5 for it. The cheese fries ???? is okay not so great!!!
The drive through was so slow, super busy and jam packed on June 25 around 9pm. Waited in the queue for nearly 25 minutes.
But the staffs were kind, friendly and welcoming with smiling face ???? good to see many young folks doing the work ????????????????.
This location is always slow. We came to pick up our online order and the ticket hadn't even been printed out in the duration of our drive time. The drink and frosty were served out first to melt while the hot food was still being cooked. Service is slow and no one seems to care about what they are doing.
I love Wendys but this location need serious help. When I went in some guy found a broken meth pipe at ther front counter, food was cold except the fries.and the soda machine had no ice and only 50% of the flavors were available. Warm soda my favorite... new management may be necessary.
This is a very good Wendy's in Lynnwood. It was recently remodeled and looks fantastic, very nice inside. Brand new wooden floors, TV and there's even a fireplace inside. I prefer Wendy's over other fast food because of the quality, always fresh and taste great. I was greeted and got my order promptly.
