They are always nice, respectful, and they pay attention to my order because I am a picky eater so 99% of the time my food is made correctly. They make the best salads out of all the food places around Middletown. They have also been changing their 3rd frosty flavor every few months and they have all been amazing. I really like the Pineapple ???? one they have right now and it smells amazing!
Sent my wife to go through the drive thru for a refund because they forgot a sandwich to our order and they proceeded to deny that we had been there. They did not give us a receipt. We told them exactly what was on the order and still they denied us being there. The woman proceeded to cuss at my wife and then refused to refund or make the sandwich. Happy Sunday!
I just had the worst chili I’ve ever eaten in my life, hard beans????♂️ And the girl taking my money at the drive-through window was too busy talking to the other employees to even acknowledge what I was saying to her
It's a fast food restaurant. The store was clean except for a couple of tables. Service was good and fast. Food was good tho prices seem to keep going up.
Had full attention when I went in there and food was served fast.
Late night after the Ohio Challenge, the drive thru line went out to the street. They handled the crowd well, if only a little bit cranky. They got the order perfect, which is a rare skill these days. Though I think we got the longest fries I've ever seen. Are those real potatoes?? ????
Waited 25 min in drive threw then finaly we left befor making it to the mic to make our order.
We found a two hairs in my husbands sandwhich as he was eating and immediately threw it away. The young lady up front was very nice. I just wish she had double checked my order, as all of my extra sauces were missing. I would recommend this location since this is my first negative experience but I will be checking my food from now on.
