I order a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. This is a picture of what I got a thin piece of meat with bacon on it. The lady at the window was very friendly, and I appreciate that, but I would rather have my order right.
First off, walking in the store it smelled horrible. Secondly, the burger wasn’t even remotely cooked right COMPLETELY PINK. Third, the workers didn’t wanna work and kept telling other coworkers to come take the order. This store is always having a problem it never fails! This is just nasty especially giving us an extremely old, dried, and turning brown on the inside potato! They easily could’ve said they didn’t have any new potatoes and asked if we wanted something else! And the burger? That’s just neglectful and ridiculous all because they didn’t wanna do their job!
The food was RAW NOT PINK BUT RAW!! After purchasing a sandwich through the drive-thru I take a bite as I was getting on to NC 321 I can tell right away let the meat was cold and very greasy I stopped eating the sandwich until further inspection under light that's when I noticed that the hamburger meat was bloody the bun was soaked with blood and the rapper had blood all over it as well !! I tried to remove the Patty in order to possibly cook it myself ! ( which I should not have to) it was so Raw that I wasn't even able to get the meat separated from the bun without it falling apart.!! I spent over $10 for a combo that wasn't fit to give to my dog even my Coke wasn't worth drinking I will never stop at this Wendy's again and possibly never stop at another Wendy's again please check your mate before eating because you may end up definitely sick!! I tried calling the store with my complaint for over 30 minutes with no answer so customer satisfaction is definitely not on their list that's when I went to Google to post my review to let you know what to look for if you stop here!!
Service was good. Got our food very fast. The restaurant looked really clean. The food was hot and fresh. I got the chili and is was so hot I had to let it cool down. The parking can be complicated when it’s busy. I would recommend stopping here for sure.
Eat breakfast here for the first time today. Pretty good. They have nice combinations. The maple chicken is gooood. Very clean inside. Nice employees
Where do I begin on this matter. Drive thru person was horrible who seemed like a manager. So he had horrible customer service skills I understand we all have bad days. At the end of the day it’s not my fault you are having a bad day. Second of all don’t slam my change in my hand and demand me to pull up to the door because you are waiting on eggs. I hope the general Manager does see this and gets that store in better condition.
Was there previous order food all there staff is rude only time the food is fresh is at lunch time around 12 the MANAGEMENT SUCKS would not recommend eating here at all ask to speak to the manger witch I believe was Annie she had a attitude don’t no who over but she needs to be fired did not handle situation proper at all
Wendy's has the cheapest chicken nugget kids meal of all the local fast food. I've done my poverty research ????. Plus the toy is always something neat and useful that my kids actually play with.
Today, i witnessed an employee name “Ann” be so kind and gentle to the couple in line in front of me who have a special needs daughter. After serving them, she went over to their table and checked up on them and made sure they were okay. I am a care giver so this made my day. She showed that she is a caring person ! And very sweet to everyone . Having employees like this can make someone’s day. Her smile is contagious, please give her a bonus or Congratulate her. People are never rewarded for kind gestures.
