We stopped at Wendy's in PF for breakfast. The dining room was really clean, and there's a fireplace with couches that I think really added to the ambience, it was nice to sit and have breakfast with my family. The food was hot and fresh, the customer service was great and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had our 10 year old with us and we were there during breakfast hours, but he asked if he could have a kids meal and I thought it was really nice that they accommodated him by making him chicken nuggets and fries, I just feel like when people go the extra mile to make a kids day they should be recognized!
On April 5 2024 I ordered my wife a taco salad and when we got home from out 10 minute drive she opened her salad to find a bunch of old black soggy, nasty lettuce I am very disappointed and expect someone to contact me and get me a refund on my order lettuce like this should’ve never even left the place and been served to people your employees should be disappointed for letting food go out like that….
Ordered in the store today and found out that my coupon on their app isn’t working. No offer to compensate for this. They knew I was upset so they didn’t give us our receipt. Therefore I couldn’t give them a bad review on their app. Why have the rewards program if it isn’t functioning!
Frustrating for a senior on a budget.
Food was good though which is why I gave them an ok review
17 items cost 75plus dollars so I wasn't to happy about that. This is highly processed non food and there is no justification for such high prices, this makes it impossible for low income people to access even if they wanted to. The food tastes good and service was great, I am still in shock that it cost that much to feed my grandkids.
My wife & I arrived about 4 pm , and 6-8 employees are standing around the counter . I guess they were getting their assignments to what to do ! Not one of the bosses , asked their employees to move so that we could order. I think they wished we had gone over to Sonic instead . Well the food was OK , but the staff needed more personality & a work ethic ! I will not waste my time anymore there !
Food was cooked properly, the dining area was clean, bathrooms were clean, staff was cleaning and involved in their jobs.

I swung through the drive thru for lunch and the staff at each window were on top of it and so incredibly friendly! They each had a smile on their face and one gave me a compliment. It took me by surprise! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. I never write reviews but I had to today!
Was not overly busy when we came through, 4 of our items were not correct. They did not include any sauces for nuggets or put sour cream on the baked potato. One of the burgers was completely the wrong thing.
