I went through the drive thru and "Ares" took and completed my order. This young gentleman was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I will remember the visit as one of the best fast-food experiences I have had in a very long time! Thank you to his parents and management team for helping to mold such a respectable young man. Ordered through the drive thru. Flies were everywhere. They had the backdoor wide open. Got to the window, and guy took our money, and left the window wide open. You're supposed to close it after talking to customer to prevent flies from coming in. My husband ran in to get some ketchup, because they didn't give us any...even though we asked for some. The place smelled of old grease. I already knew they were using old grease, because I went to eat a fry, and it tasted like old grease, I immediately spit it out. I'm not sure how the burger tasted because after seeing all the flies...I couldn't eat it. I really don't think anyone working there, cared about anything. I DO NOT recommend.
From the minute I walked in I knew I should turn around. But my husband wanted a burger while our car was charging. The atmosphere is just weird. We order hamburger combos and it took almost 15 minutes to get the order. But I was thinking, well at least it will be a fresh cooked burger. Nope, the burger was burnt and ice cold. Like it was made days ago and left to sit. Never again. And at over $10 per combo, I’d rather starve. Dave would be horrified.
I stopped to this location on Sunday October 6, 2024 at 4:15 pm and they were out of everything . The bathrooms were filthy and there were flies everywhere. The cooks played on their cell phone and had no gloves on the food was cold and nasty. The bake potato was so dried and brown I could not eat it no bottle water no lemonade. I will not stop again and me and my husband wasted fifteen dollars. I wish I can rank the store with zero stars!!!!
I say the following knowing that you aren’t booking a hotel room here, checking reviews before a date night, or looking for a place to handle your financials. This is a review of a major fast food chain conveniently located off of a highway in a major thoroughfare. It won’t be considered before you go - but I’ve got time on a trip and this place is terrible, so they’re getting a new review.
Not sure why we continue to torture ourselves, but passing through town we tried to give this location another chance. Since they are so consistently bad in the same way each visit, I have to believe it is a training/systems issue.
We were asked to “give them a sec” at the speaker, which I understand…there might be a shift change, handling another customer, right in the middle of a task, etc. So again, I understand, but only to a certain extent. It took her a solid 5 minutes to return to the mic. Zero cars in the parking lot, no cars at either window when we arrived, and 4 different cars have come and gone from behind us, seemingly tired of waiting. Maybe she was cleaning a bathroom? Well, once we finally get to tell her that we have a mobile order (which we could have done in the first exchange), we can see 4-5 employees doing absolutely nothing behind the counter joking around, hanging out with AirPods in (which isn’t that much of a knock on them if they’re allowed to, I get that it can help pass time or focus with monotonous tasks - but I know it can also be a distraction and older folks are NOT going to like nor understand why you have those in).
The only one working was the poor girl who left us in the lurch at the mic. She seemed to handle putting together our relatively simple order of 2 combos with the highest level of difficulty, expressing that she didn’t have enough of this, couldn’t locate that, or forgot something else. Only received one drink, which she seemed confused about reconciling. I did give 2 stars instead of one, which is generous, but it is the first time (although with prompting) that I’ve ever been to this location and received the correct food. Unfortunately, the only thing colder than my burger patty, buns, or nuggets was the lettuce on my JBC (so, freshness I guess?). Fries tasted like they were cooked before Operation Dessert Storm, burger patty could have passed for jerky, but on the bright side I got 4 straws…so, there’s that.
Overall, this was just a gratuitous way to say that this place sucks. What are they doing in there? Also, we just pulled in the driveway at home, so this helped me pass that time. Thanks for reading.
The tables were dirty. This was at 1 pm. Two orders were wrong. One order did not get their French fries . One order included a vanilla frosty but got a chocolate frosty. The classic chicken sandwiches
Had a little mayo on the tomato, on on the bread. No toilet tissue on ladies room
Wow this was incredibly disappointing drive-through through experience. We were in the drive-through lane with only three cars ahead of us for over 15 minutes. Compared to Chick-fil-A with 10 to 15 cars of head of you going through and getting your order in less than five minutes this was incredibly disappointing. The food was average we were trying to check out something a little different and we were extremely disappointed.
Service poor! This place is not clean. Order not right. This is a shame that once a very well respected chain of fast food has went down so bad. I don’t normally give reviews on any thing but this was not a good experience at all. Don’t recommend anyone stopping here.
