Best WLM Reviews
It was not a present experience coming to this place. The food was extremely bland, the fries had almost no salt, and the drink machine was missing roughly half of it's drinks. We were also waiting at the counter for a little over 3 minutes before we were even addressed. Once 2 people came in the drive through, they were overwhelmed since there was only 2 employees and a manager running the whole location at 11am. I recommend taking your business and your money elsewhere.
The smell of rotten sewer that hits you when you walk thru the doors. That should have just been the clue to leave. But instead of eating there we decided to get our food to go. The smell was too much.
The workers are very slow to do everything. The food was cold. Nothing was good at Wendy's today.
Only got 4 stars due to not having spoons or straws. So I had to wait on staff to go pick some up. Otherwise great service.
0 if I could, how do you you get paid $15 hour to read a screen and put what’s on the screen in a bag…. And still get everything wrong. Idk if these kids are high or low functioning… but never in my life should 2 fries 2 10 piece spicy nuggets and a bowl me cheese burger be soooo difficult of an order that you get everything wrong besides the drinks. Then when I told them it was wrong they sat there and looked at me as if the language u just spoke was not English and then proceeded to ask me to repeat the order that I placed online 3 times. This place has just gone absolutely down hill they hire anyone who CLAIMS they can read and then let CHILDREN get stoned on the clock and then proceed to sell me food! AWFUL RUN BUSINESS
I am leaving this review because the woman at the drive thru Friday June 28th around 12:30 in the afternoon was THE best fast food employee I have EVER come in contact with in my entire life. She was accommodating, helpful, kind, and patient. This Wendy’s also has excellent food. The sauced nuggets were even crispy and our order came out perfect and delicious. We don’t eat fast food often so a great experience is much appreciated!
The last few times I’ve been through this location it has been horrible. The last straw was tonight. We pulled up to the window and the first thing we hear is”It’s gonna be a minute!” The time before it was “It’s gonna be at least 30 minutes”. These people working are trying to get people to leave so they don’t have to work. This is even while pulling to the order speaker and nobody is in line. Also, The old man making the burgers during the time we dined in was not wearing any gloves making our sandwiches. The owners of this location should be ashamed to have lazy employees and irresponsible employees. They are definitely not following food service protocol. Customer service is shotty and food is fair at best.
This location is horrible. They are rude and slow all the time. Never a welcome to Wendy's upon arrival or a word when handing your food. This was the absolute worst experience and my last at this location. I don't have a receipt # because I was never even allowed to place my order, and there was not any cars on the lot.. The girl on the speaker said be right with you. After 10 minutes I said hello a few times... no response, after 15 minutes and the 3 cars behind me pulled off, I approached the window wondering if there was something wrong with the speaker. 4 or 5 employees were standing behind the counter, talking. Couple of them looked at me then turned right back around. When someone finally approached the window she lifted her "just a minute" finger to me, and walked away. Finally a young man came to the window, said can I help you, I explained that I hadn't even been able to place my order yet, he shrugged and pointed to the cash register and said we are doing shift change, it takes 20 minutes. I asked then why she said be right with you? He shrugged at me again. Said it wasnt his fault. He retrieved the manager. She strolls up to the window in a pink tank top and literally greets me with "whats the problem". I explained everything again, received no apologies, only arguing. I asked if you aren't going to be servicing any customers in drive-through, why not say so, instead of saying "be right with you" She said they aren't allowed to say it will be 20 minutes before we take your order. I asked for a corporate number, she said there wasn't one because it was a franchise. I said.... I am sure there is a number to speak to someone and she actually told me to look at my receipt for a number when she knew my order wasn't taken. I told her that this was the most ridiculous scene and explanation I have ever experienced in a fast food drive thru. Basically her unapologetic excuse was it takes 20 minutes to do shift change( I imagine about 3 times a day...every day) and that they cannot service customers at all during that time, and apparently there is nothing wrong with saying "be right with you" and leaving customers sit there for 20 minutes.....with no further response at the speaker. As I drove off, she loudly screamed "Have a blessed day" out the window. This explains why this Wendy's location has an empty lot on a Saturday afternoon.
With this type of service and manager, you might as well close this location. I watched them lose a total of 4 customers, including myself in a 20 minute span. Drove over to McDonald's full parking lot and long drive thru line and received my order from start to finish in 10 minutes.
Friendly and fast service. Interior is a bit dated and needs good cleaning. Food was hot and fresh.
