This Wendy's location is one of the best, they are Fast the food is Fresh, and they Care. I hope to C u there! Clean atmosphere and friendly faces, always make me feel welcome when coming for a visit.
Went through the drive. The worker was extremely rude. I was polite anyway, because I've worked in fast food and it sucks, so I'm sympathetic. She dropped my food, acted like it was my fault, but did get me a new order. The fried were not salted, no straws in the bag, and I ordered the Krabby patty meal and it was super disgusting.
I made a pickup order through the app and mistakenly allowed the worker to swipe my card and got charged twice. I made a call through the website, and after a bit of a wait, was told to return to the location at my earliest convenience and provide my information for a refund. When I returned, they quickly accepted my story and offered to make my order again for free with a large drink this time and a free frosty. I declined the frosty but accepted their offer. They made my food in a very short time and one guy in particular was very kind. You guys rock.
We ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Jr. Cheeseburger, and a Jr. Hamburger. Food was good and fresh, but we ordered no ketchup on the burgers and they came with ketchup. The frostys were good too. Good amount of veggies. We ordered through the app and the food was ready by the time I had parked and walked into the store. Visited around 3pm.
Terrible service! On a previous visit, I went through the drive-thru to pick up three online orders. When I got to the second window, the employee handing me my food got visibly upset and told me not to do that again, huh?? Not sure why that would be an issue. Today, 11/5 at 12:20 PM, I went inside to pick up two mobile orders (selected as drive-thru pickup), hoping it might be easier for everyone. The same employee was there, and when I politely asked if I could get my orders inside instead, she replied, ‘I’m not gonna go in the back and get them for you; you need to get in line and go through the drive-thru.’ I’m genuinely confused. Last time she was upset because I used the drive-thru, and now she’s upset because I tried to pick up inside. ???????? Message for the employee: There are customer service courses available online that you can take for free. I know customer service can be a challenging skill to learn.
Worst chicken sandwich. Literally old, cold, and mostly breading. This has been the 3rd occurrence. Not super thrilled
Switching Wendy’s, tired of getting child size portions of meet for my $12 sandwich.
I’m pissed. This is the third time this has happened to me where I go to order chili cheese fries, and they either give me plain fries, or fries in cheese sauce. I hadn’t had anything to eat all day, and then they mess up my order. I asked for “chili cheese fries, light on the cheese sauce,” and they couldn’t do that apparently? Then they tried to change me for THREE of these cheese fries. I’m already home now, and don’t have time to get it fixed. I worked an eight hour shift outside, until 10 pm and all I wanted were some chili cheese fries; but I guess that is too hard for Wendy’s workers. I’m not mad, just disappointed. I want a refund.
