Worst hamburger I ever had in my life. The roll was so hard you probably could have hammered nails in with it. The fries tasted like they were sitting for quite a while. I got the order to go. Will NEVER go back. Cleanliness seems to take a back seat there too.
Every time I’ve gone the food has been good, nothing forgotten. Whoever was working tonight and helped my boyfriend (who came right before close, had no idea, felt bad), and still were super nice, thanks :)
I come here about 2 times a week for lunch always mobile order. Today I come the line is backed out to the road of the drive thru. It's never ever like this so I go in. The lady at the counter takes 5 minutes to do an order for the lady that's in front of me. I'm patiently waiting to let her know I had a mobile order easy to do just push a button I'm here on her screen. I walked up just to let her know I had just a mobile order that I normally go through drive through. She gets an attitude before I say anything and walks away looks at some bags and walks away. It's not my problem you're busy and can't handle you're job of doing orders inside and not the drive through. I decided to cancel my mobile order because I'm on lunch and don't need an attitude for no reason. I wasted 25 minutes of my lunch. A gentleman behind me also walks out because he heard the attitude she had given me for no reason and says this was his 1st time at this locationif she gave me an attitudehe doesnt need to order either just to get an attitudefrom her as well! I'm a loyal customer and this is how customers are treated smfh! You work in customer service learn to e politeness and good customer service this is how you lose loyal and new customers!
Ordered the new pretzel double bacon sandwich and the bacon they put on were tiny broken pieces barely any bacon. It's pretty sad. Either the employee was too lazy to replenish or they are just cheap woth their sandwich. The first thought is 90% the reason. Fries were bland no salt soda was flat as usual.
Went there October 8th at 6:05 pm was first in line. 2 managers just left for the day. Waited in line until 6:17. Older lady running cash register looks and sees 8 more people waiting in line behind me and shakes her head in disgust. She then says it will be a few minutes before she takes any orders because the screen is full. Another guy working there comes to the register and says it will be another 15 to 20 minutes before they can take any more orders, they are busy. I just waited in line 15 minutes for nothing. Myself and the 8 others behind me left. I am a business owner myself and if my employees presented themselves that way and treated customers like that and didn't take orders, they would be out of a job due to not fullfilling their duties as employees and lack of competence. Will never go to that Wendy's in west reading again. Thanks for nothing.
Always fast service and excellent customer service also the food is great ???? outside dining room is very nice and always clean. I get there on my electric unicycle ????????
Hands down the worst fast food in the area. I been leaving in RDG for over 30 years and haven’t received worst customer service than McDanalds in 5th and Penn when it was there. Form the head supervisor lady down to all the female employees. Real bad attitude. Mad at the world. Mad because I came in for some food 2 hours before their finished time. Was standing for kid you not 30 minutes before they can even acknowledge me. It was worse when I went back to order something else to go. Their attitude was like you can wait you already ordered we are busy. I remember a guy guy supervisor acknowledged me excusing himself for the tardiness and told one of his employees to attend me and she said I’ll be there, looked at me gave me a stank look and decided to go on her phone and walk away. Horrible and never going back. I recommend to just eat at home or drive to another Wendy’s not this location.
Took my granddaughter there to get a biggie bag and decided to go inside because the drive thru was insane. That was a big mistake smh. We were completely ignored and when I said something about it. She said we're very busy right now with the drive thru. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!
