Best WLM Reviews
Worst food one can ever imagine! Tried this chicken roll, Cold and tasteless, infact most wired taste, maybe low quality or old or waste chicken used! Had to return it without refund!
Thank you for the friendly and fast service. Breakfast potatoes are the Best! Did not smell or taste like old oil. Breakfast burrito size is 5 time the size of McDonald's breakfast burrito with a real egg. Wish the breakfast burrito would be grilled; would avoid the tortilla sticking to teeth and give it a refreshing golden taste.
One star. You continue to dissatisfied your customers. Not just at this location, but in the Pilot truck stops. Its almost 95° today. Need a good tasting frosty, but Noooo. We are out again. When I work for this company. We took pride in our jobs.
It’s so awkward when the staff just stares at you and doesn’t greet you.
There was a girl doing nothing behind the counter, i’m pretty sure she was training and not able to assist but come on…. A simple “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way.
When an order arrived a few minutes later she simply walked up to the register and looked at me. I stared back for 5-10 seconds until she finally said “how can I help you”
I waited 5 minutes and the person who took my order wound up on my side of the counter and ordered a similar meal. she got her food in less than a minute (I’m still waiting)
They had to park me because they were eating for chicken the girls at the window were super nice I think there names were Joanna and Jasmine they had a big smile on there faces when she brought out my food she was super sweet and kind there sped it service is excellent food tasted exquisite I will definitely be going back…
Stopped for quick meal while fueling up vehicle for long trip. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. Waited 45 minutes for our food. On top of the 45 minute wait, we left due to driving cross country and was behind on time. We left and decided to eat in truck. On top of waiting for 45 minutes I also received the wrong sandwich. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich of some sort. I was ok with it though due to being hungry and couldn't turn back to complain. Fries were not even lukewarm. Went to take a bite of the sandwich and felt how cold it was. Thought couldn't be that bad. Took a bite and as you can see by the pics the chicken was completely raw. Had I still been there I would have demanded a refund but again traveling cross country and this was a 1 time stop. Never again will I stop at the Wendy's inside the Pilot travel gas station again.
Food was good but... they lie about cup sizes. They sell medium cups as large. I got a medium meal last night and a large meal today both cups are the same size with a letter M on the side. When I asked if it was a large she said yup.
I ordered a kids meal and wanted a frosty for the drink. The drive-through attendant told me the frosty machine is down. So I get to the window and see this (see pic). How will the promo be honored when the frosty machine is not working?
