Well, the service was fast, but the food was cold. The fries were greasy. The burger didn't look well cooked. I had to put the fries on a napkin to soak some of the grease up.
I don't even have to make a long lengthy review....just look at these pics and you'll see why I gave it one star....won't be eating there again. UPDATE 4/14/23 they shut the location down and moved to a new location ????????

We were in drive thru for over 10 minutes. After paying for meal cashier gave us drinks as we waiting for meals .After waiting for meals there was no apology at all for our wait. By the time we made it to the room we noticed the fries were not done at all. When I ask for refund they didnt give back my entire refund due to us drinking them as we were waiting for our food.
Much cleaner than in years past, even before the pandemic. You no longer have to estimate how many crackers and hot sauce packs you'll need. We hadn't eaten there on over 3 years but gave it a try when he was in the mood for chili; it tastes a little different but ok.
The staff here made me sympathetic to industry leaders’ calls for automation.
Replace them with robots and I would have gotten the correct food I ordered in a fraction of the time. Please note: They were not busy. Just overwhelmed.

Food was good. Employee's were a lot of talking amongst themselves and hollering across the restaurant at a child (who I assume was one of the employees). Took a long time to get my meal. I was the only customer in the lobby at the time. At one point one of the employees asked me what I was waiting for. Employee's were polite just not focused on making my meal.
Worst Wendy's ever. Dirty bathroom and restaurant dining room. No working AC, leaking ceiling creating wet, slippery floor, fries tasted like they were fried in old oil, slow service, messed up order and offered no correction. Owner of this franchise should either upgrade or close it down.
