I visited this location today and there were 3 guys outside smoking cigarettes. I get my food and I automatically smell cigarette smoke on the top of my burger bun which lets me know that no one washed their hands upon either entering back into the restaurant. It should be unacceptable for them to not have a hand washing policy in place. Someone could get sick, but it’s beyond them. I threw the food away and won’t be returning. Wasted money.
BIG WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK !! I ORDERED TWO CHICKEN SANDWICHES BOTH WAS RAW . I DONT THINK THE CHICKEN WAS IN THE GREASE FOR MORE THEN TWO MINS IF THAT, AND IT WAS SO DRENCHED IN MAYO IT WAS DISGUSTING. I GO INSIDE AND ASK FOR A REFUND AND I SEE ONE OF THE WORKERS COME IN FROM SMOKING AND SHE WENT STRAIGHT TO FIXING SANDWICHES WITH NO WASHING HANDS OR NO GLOVES. THEY WERE SO RUDE BECAUSE I SPOKE ON THE FOOD AND HANDLING THE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES AND WAS TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE SERVICE. THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED !!
I haven't been to this particular Wendy's in several months. The food is good but the workers do a good job of driving people away from the place.
I once went to order a baconator combo in the drive-thru entering from the Sam's parking lot. I usually pay with card, so when I went to pay, the woman at the window was suddenly going off at me because there was apparently a sign saying, "cash only". Yet, I didn't see any sign unless it was facing the Main road entrance.
I ended up driving off because I wasn't dealing with an attitude like that. Sometimes I go to other places like Cane's instead because it's a lot more pleasant. The other Wendy's takes 20 minutes to give an order but at least the workers are a lot better and don't yell at you unprovoked.
This place is awesome. Great staff. Food is good too! And when you ask for ranch, they give you a small bag of it! Listen don’t knock it till you try it.

I normally don't leave reviews but this is the second time in the past month that I've left this Wendy's and drove to the location near Hollywood Rd. instead. They will not take orders in the drive thru. The first time I told them I had more food to add after the first two meals, and they said I'd have to go inside. I explained that it was all on the same ticket but they just went silent. Today, they just wouldn't acknowledge cars in the drive-thru. We were not the only ones who drove away.
We were not impressed with this location at all! The inside was dirty could not find a clean table to sit at. We stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting on someone to take our order! Ordered 2 orders of nuggets only got one and when my sister went up to the front to tell them when the lady asked the cook if she forgot our nuggets she said she sure did because they didn’t have any! They were not going to inform us but still charge us!?! We then received our order of nuggets for them to still be Frozen! Would not recommend this place!
I was craving a FROSTY the thing that Wendy's is famous for having. When they told me they didn't have any, I just couldn't believe. The girl was very rude on top of it, so I just left, no food, and went to Sonic instead.
Terrible experience. The dining room was not open even though the hours listed said it should be. I decided to go through the drive-through instead. My total seamed high, so I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged $3.29 twice for large cokes that I didn't get. When I asked about it the lady got very rude and said it was for the waters and they don't do refunds, I should have know when I asked for a large water it was $3.29 each! I didn't get any forks, spoons, napkins, ketchup, or salt, so I pulled back around to get them and was greeted with a "what?!". Very rude service. I'm not impressed, and I will choose not to go back.
