So I came here on my break to grab something to eat, & one of their over night employees on 12/12/2024 at @ 1:30am took my information off my card & used my card. Also they are running the video at the 7 eleven & will find out who stole my information, good luck.
Because I work late 2nd shift and in the area I go to this particular Wendy's at least twice a week. But that doesn't change the fact that I like the friendly people that work at this Wendy's. The food is good too, recently I almost had a negative interaction with a manager but he did the right thing & reconsidered his choice then went above and beyond to accommodate a repeat customer. This is the manager that was on duty Wednesday night into Thursday 11/6-11/7 at about 12:40 a.m. I think his name was Luis. I appreciate him very much & would like to thank him, and I look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

I really hate giving reviews to national/international chains, because they are all the same, nothing unique about them, from food to how service is supposed to be to branding. However, I felt like I needed to write this review...
So I wanted something simple and quick for lunch and Wendy's was close enough. I came in and order Double Stack Biggie Bag. The kid (and I mean the kid, probably high school age) took my order and I got my food. After getting my food I have noticed that he started to help the kitchen fill the orders, after handing money without putting gloves on or washing his hands... So yeah, probably not coming back...

Wendy's has gotten my order wrong almost every single time I've gone there at any location, as a trucker. The only reason I gave two star rating is because I love their Frosty. The problem is, the frosty is so full of garbage and chemicals that it's just not worth consuming.
Honestly this place has been going down hill, I love going to this local Wendy’s but I just might not go here anymore which it doesn’t really matter. I went to get food today for my family and the person at the front seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing which maybe he was new. I completely understand but it did take longer. 1) he messed on the first thing that we ordered 2) my coupon wasn’t processed through and he also seemed to be extremely overwhelmed. Our meals also took longer to get and it took us 3 times to get them corrected. The first the kid gave them to us and he didn’t know what he put in the bag, took the order away to sort it then had what I’m guessing was the manager take it from him to sort it. She sorted it but then messed up so we had to go back in and fix it. We then left thinking everything was right, got home and found out they messed up our chili and also most of our food was cold. I understand fast food I used to work at a pizza place and you had rude ungrateful customers and that what I’m trying to be. But it has been going downhill little by little.
So I did a mobile order by O'Hare Airport, drive there to pick my order up. My order is ready within a minute and a half of arriving. I tell the CSR my order is for dine in, he proceeded to hand me the bag, I speak a lil louder, it's for here, still he nudges the bag closer, once again a lil louder, it's for dine in! I guess he didn't want his manager hearing the dialog, he quickly fixed a tray. I'm not exactly sure how to perceive this: My business is not welcome, or the employer is out of touch, and illiterate of listening skills. ????
Brownest salad this side of the Mississippi. This is the third time I've gotten a salad that's 1/3 brown and very, very wet. Of course, I don't find out about this until I get home. It's a shame that the only fast food places serving salad can't do something as simple as not using bad, sopping wet lettuce.
I drive a semi, and went to pick up dinner. No issues with ordering. I was missing one item, but a quick call and return visit remedied the issue. Food was nice and hot. And flavorful. Didn't dine in as dining room was closed. All in all, great job. I will be returning, when in the area, next time.
