Just eww place and people look unsanitary came here from the casino for a quick bite and got 20 mins down the road to see mold on my husbands burger never again staff was playing on the mic sounded like smell of smoke by order window ????
Employees acted too busy to take orders, serve orders, and were almost rude when asked for condiments or napkins which were unavailable in the dining room. Service extremely slow for food that wasn't fresh either. Noticed even door dash waited from when we made our order and was still there when we left, we ate our meals inside and waited ten minutes to get order.
They have a special on right now any size soft drink $1.00.
That's a way over the top deal for me.
They are always friendly, efficient and courteous.
I ordered online, I waited 10 minutes or so to head to Wendy's. (7/12/2024 @ around 10:30 p.m.) I pulled into the drive thru, explained that I had a mobile order...(there was 1 SUV in front of me at the window)..I was told to hold on....I never got a response, so I pulled forward, she gave me my drinks and told me to pull forward into a parking space.
I waited an additional 15 minutes, she brought the food to my car, no apologies for taking over half an hour, I asked if the sauces were in the bag, she said yes, before I could tell her thank you, she was gone. I understand being stressed and tired, but it shouldn't have taken 30-40 minutes for a mobile order. They were not that busy, apparently they didn't even begin the order until I arrived.
The 'new saucy wings' were more like soggy wings! They were nasty, and I got 3 different kinds, all bad. Those commercials are so mis-leading. You are better off going to Chili's and ordering a 3-for me. It's a much better deal!! We probably wouldn't have waited as long either!! Wendys needs to get it together.
Ordered on Uber eats no one picked up my food so I decide to go pick it up. Best decision I could’ve made great customer service from management and his team. I just moved from the dallas area and this was a great way to start out just wanting some food fast.
I’ve tried this place multiple times but staff are young and rude the blonde who was taking my order at the drive thru was rude and she forgot her mic was on while she cursed at me. Every time I come food is nasty not well prepared or something is forgot every time ???? to many people standing around talking seems like an adult high school to me stay away go to wingstop next door trust me way better.. Day time is ok night time is ????

Seems to be better quality food recently compared to past visits.
Although an employee was in before her shift started and was denied an employee discount because her shift hadn't technically started yet. She was in uniform just a bit early for her shift to eat first. Seemed kinda crappy of the manager (snake bite piercings) when other employees were saying how other managers would allow it. Policy or power trip, I'm not sure.
Most recent visit was enjoyable. They didn't package our meal right which was confusing separating food for 6 from different bags. But overall good food and clean restaurant.
Our cashier had Ginger hair, a beard, and mustache, forgot his name, possibly VJohnny or something like that. He worked hard to meet everyone's needs, checked on us while we dined, we'll informed of their menu, and it was clean.
