Did an order through @doordash, and fries were missing nuggets were missing both frostys were missing. When contacting the restaurant spoke to the manager on duty on Saturday evening and she stated that I had to submit a complaint through door dash. When I messaged the deliver rep he stated he brought everything that was handed to him. Manager on duty was not the helpful and seemed to be very unbothered about a guest experience. Couldn’t even eat the food as we were disgusted ????
Went for dinner and had the $5 biggie bag that came with a cheeseburger, small fries, four chicken nuggets, and a small soda. It was enough to satisfy my hunger sufficiently as well as being a good deal. Wendy's chicken nuggets are better tasting than most other fast food places. There is also a plethora of beverage choices at the soda fountain. I highly recommend the "Caddyshack" Peace Tea if you like lemonade and iced tea. It was the perfect mix of both and was very refreshing. I went with a friend around 5-5:30 pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't crowded at all. I ate my meal and had to forgo a chocolate frosty so as not to stuff myself completely but if you have room for desert, you should definitely try one out.
This is the second time I’ve had a problem with my breakfast. Everything I purchased this morning was cold, the potato’s, my burrito, and my #2 sandwich was cold and did not have the extra sauce. I never have a problem at the Dixon location everything is made to order. I’ll never stop here again.
This place almost never gets it right the first time, ordered two burgers no mustard both had mustard. Orders ghost pepper ranch was given honey mustard.
Not even worth it to drive back. Ugh. Consistently mixing stuff up, all the other fast food places can seem to listen much better.
The best wendy’s i have ever been too! I got my order super fast and everything went by smoothly. I loved how the costumer service was and how kind they were to not just me, everyone there!! i 100% recommend this wendy’s!!
This Wendy's always has great service. The food is ok. This place is usually very busy day or night. The food is always hot and fresh though.
We showed up around 9pm for inside eating with a group of 15 (adults and kids). Not only were they polite, helpful, quick with food service but they went above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy.
I am not paying 15 dollars for lunch to support you for charity, I am here because I am hungry and when the fries looked like they are dipped in the oil over and over again, or they are cold and old, you make me think that it is not as fresh as you advertised.
Please please please.
THE SODA MACHINES ARE OUT OF ICE, at least one of them, FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS
CLIENTS ARE WONDERING AROUND THE STORE FOR ICE. #wendy’scorporate #wendy’s
And if you can’t handle all the orders from fort dash and customers inside the store put a hold in door dash orders.
The whole process was a mess.
It happened a couple of times before and i decided to post this.
I won’t come here again.
