Worst service in the world how do you mess up an order every time it's made. Burned these fries so bad they aren't even edible I'm about to drive up there and curse them out first thing in the morning this makes no sense if your employees can't cook or properly prepare food why are you paying them and why am I paying for my food to be of such poor quality I hate this place.
I ordered a simple baconator. I get this. Girl on drive through was so quite you couldn’t hear her, staff at window was completely stone faced and unfriendly. I’d like my money back.
Only ate here 2 times and they messed up both times. First time they gave me BBQ nuggets instead of garlic parm. This time they decided not to give me 1 20 piece that I ordered so I spent $40 on 30 nuggets and 3 drinks. Food was cold the second we received it. If -5 stars was an option, that would be my rating.

This place is terrible. Rude /slow employees. Dirty dining room. Broken free style machine. Wrong orders. Terrible/ extra messy food even for Wendy's.

Almost a year after my last visit and this place is still horrible. I will not be back.
My husband and I went there for lunch today. The young kid couldn't even ring up the order right .. mins you they weren't busy. The big guy making the food didn't change was touching his face and on his phone in the lobby and then went back to making food with same nasty gloves. What the heck. Food was cold and gross. Will never go back! Poor service food gross
Place is a joke they always mess up my order went through today ordered “saucy” nuggs and got these when I called she said that is how much should be on them and said I would have to pay extra for more sauce???????? place is a joke ran by crackheads
If you’re thinking about getting the krabby patty meal from this Wendy’s just know they do not give anything special not even the lil Krabby Patty meal stickers. Not giving SpongeBob vibes :/
Was in drive thru line for 12 mins ask to pull ahead never came out so I backed up to window an still had to wait an then they forgot fries an I spent $34.06 an everything was old cold just completely stale an I go there 4 xs week an spend $200 never again waste of money will start going to burgerking in weirton sucks I have to go to wv to get quick meal foe family but tired of giving steubenville Wendy's a chance
