Wendy's has always been a favorite but when orders are handled one at a time to reduce drive through wait times, train staff to be quicker. Health codes are not guidelines, saw multiple employees not using ice scoops and just use the cup. Not all employees wear gloves. You can do better.
The dining area was very dirty and looked as it had not been cleaned in days. The front entry area windows looked as the had not been cleaned in weeks from handprints on doors and windows. Staff were not very friendly, but also not rude. One of the staff members took the restroom key and was in there for over 20 minuets leaving us to go elsewhere to use the restroom.
Sign says $3 for a frosty- please fix your menu board because you charged $3.15.
The berry frosty is amazing!
We waited for like 40 minutes and that was fine but it’s not okay when I find long black hair in my food. It was all in my cheese and in the pattie. Not okay, please keep ur hair up.
Just waited 35 to 45 minutes for 2 burgers 1 large fry and a small frosty.. placed the order around 5:15. Order was ready at 5:50..
Being the one of the only fast food restaurants in town you'd think they would take pride in that.
Walked in to get food the floor was flooded down the bathroom hallway and over by the front counter the floor was so sticky that it was pulling off my shoes because of how sticky it was. Stood at the counter for 5 min and no one ever acknowledged that we were there so we left to get food somewhere else. The carpet was also flooded in two areas and all the seats were ripped. The kitchen had a pile of garbage in a corner and the ground in the kitchen area was unclean. Overall it was a very nasty place.
Not a repeatable experience! I don't know what the hell happened to this Wendy's, but it's been getting worse and worse for the last couple years.
The $3.50 Frosty I got tonight was hollow! It had a huge empty void in the middle of it! definitely not worth $3.50. they always seem understaffed and the crew seems overworked and exasperated. It's literally quicker and cheaper and way better, to get a burger and fries at Omar's just down the street! I'll never go to Wendy's again!
