Probably the most unfriendly visit I have ever had at the local Wendy's window . At about 1:40 on Sunday afternoon the young lady working the window was rude and very unpleasant. If she hates her job that much she should find another rather than poorly treat the franchise owners customers like they don't matter .
The food is always good. The service is always good and people are always nice. However inside stays so nasty in the lobby. It seems like it is never is cleaned when we go to sit down. It also stays freezing in the lobby. Seats are falling apart.
Really wish I could like this place and I never leave reviews but I order on the app every time to avoid a wait, and still never leave without a 10+ minute wait. Also customer service sucks, always acting like they have a full store with less than 2-3 cars in the drive thru. Always mess something up in the order, do better.
We gave Wendy ‘S 1 more try since the last bad experience with cold food & rudeness & def will not make that mistake again. Cold food & once again rudeness & rolling your eyes ! Geez ! If you don’t want to take orders & be a kind person then this line of work just is not for you. Take your misery & eye rolling some where else because you don’t need to work in the public. Same young girl , 2x ! Maybe a surprise corporate visit should take place & give York Wendy’s employees 2 choices , the door ( see ya ) or find a better attitude to work there ! A lot of new people are moving in our area so I am sure in due time a nasty attitude employee , yes you can be replaced with someone who wants to be there ! Be kind ! Do better ! ✌????.
This Wendy's is horrible. The service is horrible. You can be the only car in line and have to wait. The food is cold and tastes old. I go back every now and then to see if it gets better but nope they are consistently terrible.
I was in town Tuesday for lunch, and like a different reviewer I also witnessed the manager at the counter while I was waiting for my food very rudely and in front of everyone tell someone that was there for an interview that he wasn’t going to interview them because they were not a good fit for the team without even speaking to them first. The young man that was there for an interview was baffled and so was I. Here it is two days later, and I attempted to go through the drive-through. I waited forever on a cheeseburger that was literally a bun, a piece of meat with some mustard on it. I ordered a cheeseburger with only mayo. I repeat, I received a bun with a piece of meat with some mustard on it. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through line for this as they told me they were short staffed before ever even taking my order as if they just wanted me to go ahead and drive away. The manager is absolutely not a good fit for this location. He should have hired that young man that day as his replacement.
Food is on par for Wendy's. More convenient than good. Definitely not my go to but it was cool for a late meal. Fries were hot and tasty not so much for the nuggets.
The girl that works drive through needs to be fired and an attitude adjustment. If you don’t like your job then quit . You make everyone’s day bad just with your voice . Get a life . Never going to Wendy’s again
