For a fast-food restaurant, this Wendy’s was impressively clean, and the service was outstanding! This was only my second visit to any Wendy’s since I don’t eat fast food often, but we stopped by because they were offering special Krabby Patty meals in celebration of SpongeBob’s 25th anniversary, something my kids and I couldn’t resist trying! The meals turned out to be surprisingly good, and we all had a great experience at this Wendy’s.
I ordered a Chicken Wrap, to go. I got it very quickly. As far as wraps go, it had a lot of chicken but, not much lettuce. The chicken was a little bit dry but it tasted pretty good.
Just went to Wendy’s on my 30 minute lunch (drive thru). The gentleman that took my order was great. Get to the window, and the MANAGER assists me. All of three words were said to me (“here you go”). Problem number 1: no receipt given for cash taken in. 2: MANNERS! Hello, thank you, goodbye?!? 3: get back to work and discover that my $8.62 Biggie Bag only contained 2 of the 3 items paid for. Now I remember why I have slowed down on giving this location business…
This was a quick pit stop to go to the bathroom and grab a quick bite. The place was empty, and the guy at the register took a while to come up to take our order. Somebody had to tell him to come. He was strange. The dining room was dirty. They had not wiped any of the tables, and it just looked like a mess. I told my daughter that if I worked there, the place would be spotless. That's how it should be.
As with me travelers on this particular road at Wendy's we have to go to the restroom first thing. As it is we were having an emergency and the cashier some mail was ignoring us and would not give us the code to the restaurant. As a result another customer in line seeing that this person was ignoring us gave us the code to the restroom that was very insulting and demeaning that he would ignore us like that. I pray that Wendy's will see to it that customers are not ignored when they come in asking for the restroom code. I was very upset and was not even going to buy food from you after that situation but my son wanted to eat so he purchased food I got nothing I was too angry.
They have coupons for halloween $1 each! $.90 of every dollar goes to help adopt children out of foster care! Fred and I tried the frosty and they are delicious!
They always have unexpected discounts, which I like very much, and it is better than other fast food restaurants.
App glitches up, because it NEVER works. Manager refused to honor coupon offers
