Must be staffing issues but I won’t be going here anymore, waited 10 minutes for fries I was the only car in the drive-through. After waiting 10 minutes they didn’t even get the order correct and the fries were barely warm it’s like they forgot , no receipt either. Place is run by kids I would skip this one and go to one of the better ones in Tom’s River. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Lately, this place ALWAYS smells like a bug/roach spray or insecticide bomb!! No matter what time of day. I live in Whiting and this is the only fast food place nearby. No matter what time of day I come by, it literally turns my stomach and I have to walk out and drive to another town.
Tonight, I tempted fate and stopped by to try the drive through because I was hungry and no where else to go. I only ordered the Jr. bacon cheeseburger. It was 8:30 at night and no one on the line, the area was deserted. I knew I was either going to get a burger that’s been sitting or MAYBE they’ll make it fresh. WRONG!!! It was handed to me literally within seconds of paying so yep, it was OLD and hard as a rock..ice cold and the bag was soaking wet with water??? . I asked for another and ended up throwing that out as well because it tasted nasty! The staff also has as much personality as a rock! I’ve given this place so many chances. Never again!!!
I came into Wendy’s and I had a mobile order and Trevor took care of me right away. He is awesome. He was asking if I needed anything. The entire time I was here and his team was fabulous. They worked so well together. Smiling saying hi seeing if we needed anything it was great. The food was fabulous. The store is so clean and Trevor was wonderful. I 110% recommend Wendy’s here in Whiting New Jersey
I have never gone inside to eat in the Whiting Wendys but I use the drive through quite a bit. They are ALWAYS short staffed and sometimes only 2 ppl working the whole place but I Always have the nicest gentleman helping me. They have excellent customer service skills..they are fast and apologetic if I wait even a couple mins..they work their butt's off and still manage to be kind and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with the workers of this particular Wendys. Infact they make it a pleasant experience every single time. Even when they are running and sweating and over worked! Kudos to all the employees here. ????

Service is usually fast and most importantly accurate. Out of all the fast food locations i go to this location has least amount of forgotten or wrong items. Employees are friendly.
Don't eat here. It's a scam. We order meals. I asked for a receipt to confirm the order. The man, after telling me they don't do receipts. I say I really need a receipt. A manager then comes to me and says the printers haven't worked in 2 days. I got the meal home only to realize the baconattor was just a bacon single. I have in past had a place charge me 7 times for one meal and with receipt it's extremely difficult to get that money back. Places that don't provide receipts have a much easier time of scamming. So I encourage all people not to eat here.
Horrible service did not give coin change back until asked for it. Always trash outside rear door dumpster is not that far away.
Cold fries excessive salt on them.
Inside bathroom I would not let my neighbors dog use it. It had urine soaked floor no hand soap.
Health department nightmare
I ordered the grilled bacon cheese chicken on bun with fries and diet coke. No ketchup, napkins or straws were given and the piece of cheese I got couldn't have been more than 1/16th inch thickness. I will never eat there again. My son was satisfied with his meal, but he was aghast about the quality of my lunch with a barely seen slice of cheese.
