Ordered delivery through the app. Ordered a taco salad, junior bacon cheeseburger, large diet and 6 saucy nuggets. Order was dropped off eith the correct receipt attached however it's fries and a burger. Nowhere near what I ordered. Called customer support and while they provided a refund I now don't have my food. Definitely not ordering through the app or from this location ever again.
I went to this Wendy’s because nothing else was open at about 2 am and the service was absolutely phenomenal! The employees were super nice and even made sure my order was correct before I drove away! Keep up the great work guys! I will definitely be returning and I hope they stay open late:)
Service was horrible from the time I entered the restaurant and when I left. There's a black female Cashier with braces named (Niasia) that needs a serious attitude adjustment and another job that doesn't involve customer service. If you're having a bad day and don't know how to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, QUIT! A female manager there was dumbfounded and nonchalant about the situation. My food was not fresh and I believe the older black male that prepared my food gave me an old spicy chicken filet as retaliation. The only thing this cashier did correct was having the condiments and napkins in my bag. By the way, aside from one of my side hustles in food delivery, you never know whom you'll meet and I'm also a Secret Shopper. I've already reported this cashier's behavior to the Wendy's corporate office.
Tried placing a mobile order at this location and just moved into the area. Placed it for drive through pick up. Got through the line they asked us to pull forward to wait for it so they could get the next customer paid up. No big deal I used to work fast food I understand how it works and they do that to keep their drive through times down and keep corporate happy. Waited 30 minutes and watched 5 other customers get their food through that drive through. Finally went inside to get the order. Staff member inside was friendly but gave us the complete wrong order. We got the right drinks but complete wrong food. After the wait we figured it was right was the right size order so we started driving home only to find the order was not right. Tried to call and give them a heads up that we were coming back due to it and to get it fixed. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy. Took 3 calls to finally get an answer only to explain the situation and be hung up on. There’s another Wendy’s not much farther in the area that has never caused us these issues. Will be going there from now on because this location just can’t get it together.
Everything was made fresh and was on point. Young man with color on tips of his dreads has Excellent Customer Service him and the older slim tall Gentleman
The food was cold, the chili was all beans and the beef on the burger tasted bad. It took forever to get our order taken and another forever to get our order. It also felt very shady when the person cashing us out took forever with our debt card, and then when I looked at the receipt, it appeared we received change back from our purchase, which we did not. TERRIBLE
This Wendy's location is awesome as it is always fast even when there's a long line & the people who run the Drive-Thru are always very friendly especially compared to other drive-thru's at other Wendy's locations, as well as other fast food restaurants in general. I ordered food from inside at the counter because I needed to use the bathroom also. The guy at the register was cool & gave me a free sample, a good sized sample, of the berry flavored Frosty & it was pretty good. Also the bathrooms are clean every time. I've never gone in & used the bathroom & it was gross or dirty or was out of toilet paper. This Wendy's always gets 5 ???????????????????? out of 5 Stars!!! They get all the stars!!!
Always saying the system is down or they can only accept exact cash. It's always the same shift of workers that do this. Wendy's might want to make sure these things are actually happening or if the same drive through worker doesn't want to do her job. And the fries are always cold. It never fails. I also found a gnat on the tomato of the burger I bit into.
