Best WLM Reviews
Door dash food from here. Was putting my children’s food on the plate and there was a fly in it. Tried to contact them as soon as I got it and saw this but no one answered the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I would have gave them no stars
I've had multiple bad experiences with this location and finally decided to review. The first one was an inappropriate comment made by an employee, this past one they are trying to day they only offer certain things with one of their meals yet their sign is not updated. Steer clear of this location at all costs.
I JUST went to order my kids two Jr cheeseburger 4 for 4’s and I also had two additional 4 piece nuggets ! I got the bag with the 2 4 for 4’s but the 2 additional nuggets weren’t in the bag ! I’ve called 5 times and got NO ANSWER please shut it down the people are nasty , customer service is nasty , all they do is stand outside on the sidewalk and smoke marijuana and cigarettes all day ! Is there’s a whole crew why aren’t anyone answering the phones because when I went there they didn’t have ANY CUSTOMERS business is slow so someone should be able to answer the phone . DO BETTER !
Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. my boyfriend went through the drive through to get him and his brothers the party pack of nuggets. and was told it was only allowed for mobile orders. my boyfriend had already tried to make the mobile order and the website NOR the app worked. my boyfriend then pulled around tried the mobile order again (as well as i tried the mobile order) and it did not work at all. so my boyfriend went inside the building and tried to show them that the website nor the app at this location is working and they just blew it off and said “the apps just not working.” which is absolutely false because we changed locations it suddenly worked. it is very obvious that they do not have something set up so they do not have to take these large orders. might as well go to columbia for good service and obviously better quality of the food.
The kitchen area around 2:00 pm was pretty much filthy on the floor with dropped food . Try to do better if the health department inspector comes unannounced! Just a friendly suggestion …on October 16, 2023
My order was incorrect. I was told to pull up (drive up) manager opened the door from the dinning area ask me what was supposed to be on my sandwich. I told her . She told me I had to come in the dinning room to pick it up. When I went in she said it was just too busy to bring it out to me. Very rude! Wasn’t my fault they made it incorrectly. Many complaints about this Wendy’s.
No chili. The reason why is they said nobody will make it. It's literally fall/winter here, and that chili would've helped keep us warm out here. And. Yes, the worker told me that, and the managers looked at us side eye when I said fire everyone then.
Ordered a biggie bag via DoorDash.. everything was hot and fresh I was satisfied until I got to the burger. It was completely raw pink on the inside!
