Great place for fast food. Employees are friendly and the food came out fresh. The Cobb salad rocked. Bathroom was clean as well.
Really excellent fast food option. The breakfast was fresh and warm (seasoned fries were super tasty). The bathrooms warrent a comment! They were clean and spacious. Fully accessible, with a lowered coat ???? hanger and ???? changing tables in both men's & women's rooms. (Individual use bathrooms).
Listen I wasn’t planning on leaving a Wendy’s a 5 star review today, but everyone that worked here here was so nice, it was clean, fast, AND there was a little happy pride banner outside so—you deserve it, Poconos Wendy’s!
Hit the drive thru, they have an AI taking orders and it was seamless and amazing. Probably the easiest ordering at a driver thru that I've ever experienced. People were great and food was delicious as expected.
I'm a big fan of Wendy's, and this one certainly did not disappoint. I usually get a burger, but this time I went with the Chicken Sandwich. It was perfect. It was fresh, and warm, and was prepared just the way I requested. The service was excellent. We received our meals quickly from very friendly servers. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Great place for a quick, delicious meal.
Typically Wendy’s. Clean place and it was connected with Love’s gas station so you could grab anything you want quickly. There were clean restrooms with door fully closed and no gaps between!
Drive thru employee rushed me through my order, and then to no one's surprise didn't give me the correct order. Wasn't given straws, and my "iced tea" is yellow and tastes like water. When I went inside to get my correct items, there were at least 6 employees I could see. I was the only person in line at the drive thru AND at the counter inside
So if you're staffed to that degree, why am I being rushed through my order and given incorrect items? Why wasn't the iced tea brewed properly? Will drive out of my way to a different location in the future, since this is how you operate during a Friday at lunch.
First time in Pennsylvania and we stopped at Wendy's. Food was very good. The service was perfect. One of the staff gave the kids a coloring package, which was very nice. The place was clean as well. Thanks wendys.
