The store was busy and seemed to be staffed appropriately, but was very slow. Everybody was basically turning in circles not knowing what to do. When things were getting done, there was no sense of urgency. Drive-Thru customers were getting priority as people inside were waiting 15-20 minutes just to get their order taken.
Door Dashers were also waiting 20-30 minutes to get their orders, which kills their hourly rate.
Hopefully corporate is able to get this store straight asap!
Wendy's needs consistency and heart when it comes to employee knowledge and communication when a potential customer ask about what cooking oils is used for allergy awareness. We have had to travel the last two weekends due to a very close family member health and then death, and home going service yesterday. We are headed back to Ga. This is the only location that did not take the time to check the cooking oil box. We used Wendys in Dalton GA last Monday and the service was excellent and again somewhere in Kentucky on the way to Indiana this past Friday. This is not normal for us to need fast food, but we need safe options in a time like this.Even when asked they kept telling us we had to check online. It discouraging, disappointing and the woman was rude. Please remember that you can treat people the way they deserve with kindness and respect and actual customers service. My husband and I could have eaten safely but our son needed a safe option with a business who cares. This was not this location and we left.
Blows my mind this dinky little sandwich about the size of a mcchicken is over $11 with the meal. Should be twice the amount of chicken.
I would not recommend this wendys by any means, went through the drive thru and they forgot half of our order, and we ordered an extra buffalo sauce that they charged us extra for and didnt even fill up half the cup for the sauce, they only filled up my large fry half way and it was cold asf. it amazes me how people can work in food service and not give a shit. Like, if your going to handle food, handle it like how you would want your food to be handled, I will never go back here again. if I could rate it 0/5, I definitely would
An extremely friendly guy at the front that took my order. The restaurant was clean. The food was fast, hot and fresh. Very pleased not your usual experience at a fast food place.
I would just like to state how rude the employee was to me last night. We got to the windows I asked of she could add something to my order. She kept saying huh I can’t hear you. And I said the jr chicken “It’s like the mcchicken but it’s from here” as I stated to me bf. She said if your gonna be rude I’m not adding to your order. And I said for one. I’m not speaking to you nor was I being rude. And for 2 your not gonna tell me your not gonna let me order what I asked for. She then said yes I am. Wouldn’t add my chicken so I told her to give me my card back. She so rudely gave it to my bf and then made her smirky comment.
Usually like this location.
Last visit, it looked like someone ran over our sandwiches with a full size SUV. Fries were less than halfway full, and they tried to give us small drinks when we had larges. Waited 20 minutes to waste 20 bucks
Or if all the Wendy's restaurants that I've been to, this is the best one. Quick service and nice/respectable employees
