They don't care about deliveries.. How hard is it to add sour cream for baked potato & butter? I was fine w/o my frosty spoon but c'mon you can't have a sour cream & chive baked potato w/o sour cream OR butter!! Jerks. I had a whole bag with nothing but 2 sweet & sours.? Y'all working high again?
The food is always room temperature here. The other Wendy’s restaurants I go to have hot food. I only come here because I am visiting Home Depot. I think I will have to find a different spot. This is the 4th time in 2 months. Please check your food temperatures. I hope I don’t get sick.
I have to update this review. I ordered the same thing as I did last time and it came out hot! It seems this issue has been corrected. Thank you. I enjoy Wendy’s breakfast but only when it is hot. The service was better as well. I will check back in next time to confirm.
I have had one friend get food poisoning from this location and I think I found out why today. I did not know this was the specific location but after talking to them I found out it was this one they got sick from. I went in there a few hours ago and not one person in the kitchen had gloves on. The lady that took my money at the register was also touching the food and getting fries ect with no gloves on at all. Then I noticed every cook, and person in general in the back, had no gloves on. I won’t be going to this location again and I would be weary if I were you.
As far as Wendy's is concerned this is the coolest Wendy's I've ever been to as far as atmosphere and the look of it it looks brand new. When I rode up on my bicycle I noticed there was nowhere to lock my bike I went inside and asked them if I could just put my bike inside the front lobby area not in the lobby but in the area before the lobby area and they said no because it was a safety hazard. If they don't have anywhere for me to lock up my bike then they should have let me that's ridiculous. I ended up blocking my bike to a water pipe outside I hope my bike is still there when I get out we live in a pretty bad neighborhood. When I entered the Wendy's and came up to the counter they were like employees standing right there most of them two or three of them were attending to the drive-thru one girl was in the corner not doing anything and I said is someone going to help me and she Shrugged her shoulders then somebody said is somebody going to help her and the girl finally came to help me. The girl taking my order was very pleasant very nice it was a bigger Native American lady I don't know her name she was very friendly and I liked her I got the food it was okay I must say though it was really small for a burger that costs $7.50! While I was eating I figured I would get a drink because I was thirsty I went back up to the counter all the employees had disappeared into the back one was sitting in Plainview on her cell phone and the other girl was doing the drive-thru put up her finger as if to tell me to wait I said forget this and I went back to eating that was my experience at this Wendy's I really hope that they get a bike rack or somewhere to lock people's bikes up pretty soon that would be nice thank you the one thing I will say that I love more than anything was they had a plaque on the wall dedicated to we love adoption I was adopted at 6 years old it's really touched my heart thank you Wendy's!
Been here twice to attempt to eat, was denied entry to the lobby both times by employees. Second time I went to try the drive thru, had 2 kids who really wanted to try the Krabby patty meal. But I waited for near 10 minutes and nothing. Awful experience. Avoid this place if you like being treated well.
The Fries here were fresh and hot which I appreciated but the nuggets were cold and stale! The soda machine was broken and had flat soda! It's gotten too pricey to eat here especially for the lack of quality
This place has always been my go-to wendy’s. I’ve never had bad service until today. The manager I’m assuming, Jessikah made my experience very uncomfortable. Rolling her eyes at me and my grandmother ordering food, getting upset with her co-workers and yelling very loudly in the building. I could see her throwing a mini tantrum throwing off her headset and just handing it to other co-workers. My head hurts very much as I have sensitive hearing.
I have had the displeasure of going here quite a few times and I always regret it. I will literally go out of my way to the ones on Bell or Greenway if I can to avoid this place. The employees are always completely polite but the manager is dreadful, she seems to micromanage constantly - and poorly at that because when she steps in my order is almost always wrong. I honestly think she makes the staff nervous and on edge so they can't focus and do their jobs. The food here is lower quality compared to other locations, soggy instead of crispy and the frosty isn't as cold.
