When we got home, my husband ate half of his burger and he said he didn’t want any anymore. When I looked at the burger, cause I was gonna finish it. It was raw and we had to sit in the drive-through and wait on our food and it still came out raw when I tried to call. They hung up on me. I’m never going back to this Wendy’s again. This is the second time they messed my food and with it coming out RAW I’m just hoping my husband doesn’t get sick.
My only go to Wendy’s, period. Manager Candice always has a smile and they get my order right 9/10, lol… Easy going staff who do a good job under pressure.
One of the managers “Nathan” was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and it made it an utterly disappointing experience while I was needing help ordering food.
After I had the displeasure of meeting “Nathan” I then notice while waiting for my food that he mocked his employees and seemed undoubtedly unprofessional!
This place is disgusting lord of the flies, dead flies in the window seals, 50 or more flying around the seating area and food prep area. Temperature in dining room is at least 80 degrees. Nasty
Who serves a bacon cheese burger with no tomato if the company is out of something they need to tell the customers before they buy something they do want so they can buy something else or if they do have and forgot to put it on the burger then they need to slow down a lil bit and stop trying to do to much at once
Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order was rushing us the entire time. Didn’t even get our order right because he was in such a rush(no one else was there). And then pulled us forward. Come to find out it was literally the manager. He was very rude to us and whenever we asked for sauce and a straw (because he forgot it) he huffed and puffed. And then brought us out one straw and one sauce. (We had multiple combos). Terrible service and very rude workers, very telling especially since it was coming from a manager.
Not a great experience. Restaurant was understaffed and resulted in long wait times. The bacon on the hamburgers was severely undercooked. I won't be returning!
Don't stop for breakfast. Have been here twice and always asked too pull up. Whated 15 minutes for coffee. Its breakfast time folks.
