This Wendy's is always slow. I do like the quality of the food but I don't go as often anymore because every time I have to wait longer and longer. The last visit was a 17 minute wait before I even was able to place my order
The cashier (girl with red eye shadow and dyed red hair) was very unhappy to see us. I wonder if she had somewhere better to be. Good luck in life. The other staff seemed jovial and kind.
As someone who has been going here since I was young, I will tell you that the food has only gotten worse over the years. The atmosphere is always slow and moldy. The frostys will always taste great, and I won’t complain however I would just say this spot’s reliability to provide solid meals just isn’t what it used to be.
I just wonder, it's it so hard to read the darn receipt for a mobile order? I clearly ordered a Double Pretzel Baconator and got instead a regular double baconator. They don't understand what Dine- in means and they keep putting your food in a darn bag. Also they make your food regular because they know they're out of the pretzel buns and they have the decency to tell you. I just keep getting disappointed in this place.
Very poor service! I don't see how this restaurant stays open. 3 different times I try to order something for lunch and it's always "we're out of that" or "we only have certain menu items". And the restaurant is so unclean. Staff is unprofessional. I'll never go there again! This restaurant should be CLOSED DOWN!
Went to drive thru to get gift cards and a snack. Got the usual greeting if I was using the app and I said No. I waited and then started my order, silence. I asked if anyone was there, nothing. After several minutes I just left. I’ve had problems before with service at this location, but this was the first time where I felt truly ignored by staff.
New Year's Day. Very short staffed but they posted a note on the door giving a heads up. Why don't other restaurants do this? Letting me know ahead of time of an issue is not only helpful but courteous.
On top of that, instead of being stressed they were EXTREMELY DELIGHTFUL. Joni was amazing. She said she'd call us when it was ready but actually brought it to our table.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE
The food is typical for Wendy's restaurants, but the service at this location is awful. I have been to this location roughly 10 times in the past 6 months and have gotten my correct order maybe twice. From incorrect or missing sauces to the wrong items altogether. I would highly recommend driving down the road to another location.
