Food is pretty consistent, but the employees can be quite rude. Especially an older woman.that works there. Merely wanted to add a burger to my order at the window and was made to drive all the way back around if I wanted one. There was nobody else even in the drive thru, so it's not as if I was holding up the line in any way. Quite ignorant and uncalled for really.
Chili was made out of old obviously burnt hamburgers. Spicy chicken was not fresh, obviously rewarmed, one wilted lettuce slice, not even a full slice of tomato approx. The size of a 50 cent piece. Never again!
You’re better going to the other Wendy’s a mile away. Waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes to receive cold food isn’t worth it. Plus the workers and the manager cared more about hanging out than actually working. Zero work ethic. Rant over.
Order here about twice a week for breakfast. Service usually pretty good. But today I placed my order like usual thru the app. Pay, comes off my card like usual. I get down there. “ I don’t have that order just one for so and so” so I tell her I have to confirmation and address was this one. “ well I’m the only one here and I’m telling you I don’t have this order” in a snippy tone.
So why not take the order and let me show where I paid? But yea doubt I be going back for a bit. ESP with rude ppl like that
Literally the absolute worst establishment i think I have ever spent money at. Was missing several items from my order (almost $10 worth of food) the food we WAITED on was cold and not made correctly. the workers are all rude and unprofessional and always have attitudes. When I called to refund my money I was hung up on. 0/5 stars would be my rating if it was possible.
Terrible service was yelled at by the drive thru and was refused a refund when asked bc they forgot Half of my order and complained that I came an 1 hour before they closed.
7 employees standing around while 7 people wait in line. Absolutely zero management here. Worse Wendy’s I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs. Who ever owns this location is in serious trouble.
Went through the drive thru and they told me one price. Got to the window to pay and they charged me a different price. They cheat their customers out of their hard-earned money. Then they got my order wrong. They need to close this place down.
