DO NOT, I repeat do not eat here Omg. The Wendy's in New York is nothing like this. Chicken sandwich taste like rocks, they put old grill chicken on my salad. Then I ordered a cob salad they sent me a apple pecan salad with cheese and bacon on it and I am allergic to nurse. Instead of refunding us for the 3 large chili we order they sent us a dried up Caesar salad with old chicken and cheese ..."garbage it went". The kids meal burger was tasteless and hard . It's like all the food is very old , very very old. I don't understand why they would send this to someone, this should be a health violation, this place is disgusting.
Went here just to do a normal. Uber eats delivery and was told that they were out of Frosty’s. then was told customer got a complementary drink, which I was baffled with because the order did not come with an extra drink and he was paying for a frosty. He did not get then went to ask another worker if the frosty machine was working because they didn’t sound truthful, he told me he went and checked, and it actually wasn’t working then went in line again where someone Different use the frosty machine and it magically started working again and Throughout this whole process, the employees at this, Wendy’s were staring at me like I was some sort of criminal or something, not wanting to get the door for me to get the food that was already paid for and acting like it was the hardest thing in the world to make me a frosty without telling lie
Definitely struggling here. Cashier was friendly enough, but there were 10 folks waiting for food. Not sure where the miscommunication is, but improvement opportunity for sure.
The food was good though!
Last night my drive-thru order was perfect. I am going to call the manager to let them know that right now!

I was in the area working and decided to stop in and grab a late lunch for a few of us.
The drive thru had quite a number of cars already in line, so I decided to park and order from the counter inside.
Everything was handicap accessible and extremely well-maintained.
The staff members that I encountered were all very friendly and personable.
The food was freshly prepared and the French fries were piping hot, with just a hint of sea salt (I believe).
The only downside being that, there were a few customers ahead of me and they appeared to have been waiting for their food for quite some time. And they were out of ketchup. Not a big deal, in itself, but you could see that some of the customers were less than pleased.

I have visited this location since Nov 2022. Drive thru is always busy but usually the employees do great job of moving the que forward. I kept trying to hit the dining room thinking maybe they just closed at night due to being in a bad area, then frequently found the dining room closed during the day as well. I found that weird but when your hungry and need quick drive thru it is. Food is sometimes absolutely amazing others middling, however what is a constant experience is friendly staff that treats their customers with respect, and if you forgot to ask for something because you had a busy day they accommodate it. If an order was made wrong for whatever reason I have found the employees not to argue but just remake the food as quickly as possible & help you to leave satisfied. Tonight I had their new mushroom, bacon cheese burger I recommend trying that!
I’ve never been greeted by an employee at Wendy’s like I was this evening. Jah was the most polite, well mannered and patient employee I’ve witnessed at this location. Everything was “yes ma’am” “no ma’am” and all with a smile. I was so impressed I asked for his manager to express my experience. I wish GM Scott was there so I could praise Jah to him. I really hope this review is seen by GM Scott.
The individual named Unique who was working behind the counter, did not seem to want to take the order, did not tell us the orders were ready, and after bringing the order back up front as it has been made incorrectly attempted to argue. After watching her be rude to two other customers I asked what the Managers name was so that I could speak to them. Ms. Unique claimed to not know and then walked off to the back.
To be fair the food was very well done the second time around. Except the fries which after sitting on the counter, not being announced as ready, and then waiting for the main part of the meal to be redone, were cold.
