Chicken nuggets were old on the first order. When I placed the second order, this Wendy's was out of frosty, and the manager came to tell me she couldn't make changes to the order, because I asked for the free offer of chicken nuggets in replace of the free frosty. This manager could easily overide this basic update but no, she asked me to park and reorder the mobile and come on back to the drive through. It is not my fault that your location is out of frosty. Instead of just substituting it, you want to be awful and make me spend more time and stress to reorder and get back in line, FOR YOUR FAULT.
My experience tonight at this location was great. I was greeted by Sonya upon pulling up to the speaker. She waited patiently as I figured out what I wanted. When I got to the presenting window to get my food KeKe also greeted me with a smile. The interactions made my night because my day had been a bit stressful. Thank you ladies for your exceptional customer service on tonight. I will be returning to this location soon.
They were so excited to take my order! Nuggets and fries were fresh and hot, just like my daughter likes them. My favorite Wendy's in Oxford!
Horrible customer service! Manger was very rude. Definitely don’t recommend shopping at the Sisk location.
Worst service at a Wendy's I've ever had! People at the windows and on the intercom are rude as hell. Never will I come back to this Wendy's.
Stood inside for well over 5 minutes “being watched” by the 2 people on the line & the one manager slowly working the drive through. 2 employees were sitting on break. Second time we had to go through this due to convenience/location to work. Another manager walked around the corner & immediately ran to the register & started taking orders then turned around & started working the line!! She was a work horse!! All other Wendy’s employees, had ZERO worries if you stayed & waited or turned around & walked right back out the door.
Went to location on Sisk Avenue in Oxford, MS…could not get served in restaurant. About 12:15 PM, long drive thru line, 6 or 7 people inside. Two Wendy’s employees were walking out (break?) as I walked in.
No one was taking orders at the counter. A couple of employees were slowly “going through the motions”, filling orders. No one cared.
After 10-15 minutes, the people in line, left. Awful service, and no responsible supervision of the Resturant.
Tried again. Service was just as bad and dining area was very unclean
I visit here often. I usually do an online order and pickup through the Drive Thru. So far my order has always been right. Food is fresh and good. Service prompt and quick.
