Love to stop and get the chilly. Hot meal protein and get to avoid bread, and junk food. It is served fast since it is right behind the counter
I placed a mobile order for pick up through drive thru. There was no communication by the employee, she just threw food my way. Didn't say thank you or do you need anything, is everything correct? I know this is a hard job as I work in a service industry as well but a little common courtesy and addressing customers goes a long way. A simple Hello or some communication to acknowledge customers would be appreciated.
My brother and I tried to use a coupon for a dollar junior bacon cheeseburger with purchase. The cashier said it was not coming off of the QR code on our apps and that there was no way for her to override the system to add the dollar cheeseburger. She took a dollar off the order and claimed that that was the coupon as I told and showed her it was not. She then proceeded to say there was nothing she could do and her and her co-worker started talking behind our backs saying, "oh they're just not satisfied, I have their number". So we walked out and didn't buy anything. Very very rude and disrespectful women. I can see why this Wendy's has received lots of one-star reviews in the past.
The food here gave me terrible stomach cramps. I will not be back. I have had Wendy’s many times and gotten food poisoning 3 different times. at this point I just can’t trust them anymore. I guess I’m gonna have to give Burger King another try or even McDonald’s. it’s just too risky for me and the cons heavily outweigh the pros.
Breakfast burrito but no salsa available. Hispanic clerk acted as though she had never heard of salsa--which is both passing odd and ironic. Perhaps, it was purely a failure to communicate/language/translation issue. The clerk was not fluent in spoken English. In any event, I left the drive-thru with a breakfast burrito sans salsa or other condiments.
Service was a bit slow but not too long. The fries were hot.
This is a good restaurant with the exception that my fries were a little soggy. I got the spicy chicken combo and the chicken was amazing. If the fries were fresh this would have been a 5 star. Also the dining room and the toilets were clean. Clerk who took my order was friendly too
