I’m a fan of Wendy’s. This one the bathroom was clean, and the food was hot. Restaurant was also clean and everything seemed well stocked (soda etc). I would like to see more friendly employees though as they all seemed miserable.
I’m a level 10 (elite highest level possible on Google - rare, very rare to see a 10) with over 100 Million views to my reviews so please listen and make them happier. You’ll get far more customer loyalty. My only complaint was that the oatmeal bar was hard as a rock and overcooked.
I want to give a 5-Star shout out to LarShanell for her great job tonight. She was level headed, kind, and authoritative. I watched her handle three different customers, two of them were not able to have their order filled the way they ordered it because of the items not being available. Because of the way she carried herself and handled the situation, no one was angry or upset. If you are looking for a new manager for Wendy's, she's your girl. I predict a revenue increase if you give her more authority.
This was not a good Wendy’s. My family and I visited this location at around 11:00 AM on 11/25/2018. The bathroom smelled disgusting. The paper towels were sitting by the sink instead of their dispenser. Worst of all, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. I guess that means the employees aren’t washing their hands.
They also messed us my order. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and they did not add it. My brother got several chicken snack wraps. They all contained much less chicken than is normally included in the wraps. The tortillas were also stale. Overall a bad experience.
The restaurant was disgusting. Water was all over the floor entrance, looked like a leak from the ceiling. One other customer in the restaurant, the employees refused to wait on us. They would not greet us, wouldn't look at us, or acknowledge our presence at the front counter as we stood there for 5 minutes. They stood behind the line talking and ignoring us. Two employees outside goofing off. Please do Wendy's a favor and shut down this restaurant! We have never been treated like that before. Your employees are a disgrace and should be fired. They are the reason your franchise is not making any money.
6 o'clock on a Sunday & no one on the register. No one acknowledging customers waiting in line to place an order. 4 people waiting on food & 5 others haven't placed their orders. I was in the dead middle of all of that. Fyi: family sitting in dining room waiting on food now for over 10 mins.
Not to mention their sign would give anyone a a seizure.

8:15am, zero car in drive thru - only me. Ordered the most popular breakfast combo. Got parked. 9 min experience. Figured that meant the food would be fresh as possible. It was luke warm, gross, borderline repulsive.
This place is decent. Employees were nice and friendly. It was not that clean. The food was correct and fresh. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I believe the management team could be better and the place would be better.
One of the WORST fast food experiences I've had in a long time. Placed an order for pick up and then waited over 30 minutes in the restaurant while people who came up and placed their orders well after us recieved their orders first. When we questioned that, we were told they had a lot of walk in orders... I guess when they have a walk in order, they push all the mobile orders to the back ? Staff was super rude and the food was garbage. Save your money and time and stay far away from this location.
