You will need to have a little patience because this place is a bit slower than your average fast food sometimes. However, I think the food is great and they have the soda machine with more flavors than I can remember
Made my order completely wrong and gave no receipt. Made me pull up in front of the drive thru even tho there were no cars in sight. I tried calling and no answer. Tried 5 times. All I wanted was a number 7 bacon burger no onions. I get a regular burger with onions cold.
Some days, this location has the most amazing food... but today I would have been better off throwing my money in the trash and not wasting my time.
Because I ended up doing that with my food, I took two bites and could not bear it anymore before throwing it away.
The chicken was impossible to enjoy. Dried out and tough like Jerky ????
Not a single item in my order was fresh or even remotely warm. Plus there was fecal matter on the bathroom floor.
Place orders through the app every time so it takes away any need for the person at the window to mess up the order. And 9 times out of 10 they still manage to mess it up. The wait times are miserable every single time. Order two sandwiches and a drink and get parked for 25 minutes watching about seven people get their stuff and pull off. Canceled the order and pulled next door to taco bell and got everything square in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention even after canceling and never getting my food the stupid store still charged me so I have to go through my bank to get it corrected. This place should be shut down.
I order a Baconator and fries. What I received was one patty instead of two. One piece of bacon broken in half instead of 6 and a wad of mayo. And those were all the fries in the bag. I used the drive up window and was home before I realized (of course). This was not a mistaken order because there is nothing on the menu with one slice of bacon broken in half and a couple of fries. Nope. They just ripped me off. To make some use of this slop I shoveled off the glob of mayo, and fed the burger patty to the dog. This was really expensive dog food but it reminded me of a simple truth. Wendy's claims they have better food. They even have very clever and snarky frat boys who run their twitter feed, but the food is a hot mess and when they get a chance, they will rip you off.
Rhe manager was yelling at the cashier about not taking more orders and how she had to help bag orders... there were still people in line to place an order. Not sure I'll be going back to this location.
I usually get good from this location but today was definitely a first for me. Half way through eating my breakfast baconator I bit through a piece of what looks like a brown paper bag. I definitely won’t be eating here again.
