Great food amazing service went for breakfast and it was WORTH IT
Bonus they had a coke freestyle machine but it had barely any stock:)
Can't rate what I can't eat... Have a big truck that doesn't fit in the drive thru and the doors are locked. Guess I don't need to eat? Thankfully there is a Bojangles next door that gladly had its doors open and took my money.
The place was somewhat kind of clean. Only compliment I could pay. Folks behind the counter would be belittling every order, from in person at the counter to drive through. Wanted a combo and the employee at the counter didn't hand me a cup for my drink because they were caught up in conversation with their other associates. When I asked about it they handed me my cup and immediately turned to their team to comment "I don't know why so many people think they don't get a drink with their combo." Overhearing the drive through comments weren't that much better either. Finally, when I got my food it wasn't even correct. You'd think a Baconator comes with bacon, not at this place. I ordered two patties with it two and only one slice of cheese was in my burger. I had a hard time approaching the desk with this complaint because they were caught up hanging out with each other and talking despite the line forming, and I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for another burger that they likely wouldn't pay attention to again. I've had some bad customer service at fast food places but this place really did me a disservice. I'm glad one of the four tables I chose to eat at was clean I guess, sometimes you don't get that, but the place was completely empty, they had enough people around to at least clean some of the tables rather than hanging out with each other insulting customers in the drive through.
I understand why no one goes to this location for breakfast but the Bojangles across the street is hopping. The employee that took my order was on her personal phone with ear buds during the entire time. When I paid I didn't get a receipt. She asked me to pull up because they were brewing fresh coffee. Fifteen minutes later I went inside to see about my order. They were just making it. The other employee handed me the food (no coffee). It was not what I ordered. The cashier who took my order started fussing at me saying that it was. The cook got my correct order together. Still no coffee. I asked about the coffee and the cashier snapped that IT'S STILL BREWWWWIN!! I turned to leave without it because at this point I'm late for work. I got almost to the door and she yelled "Here's yo damn coffee!". I told her to keep it and left. Won't be back. Bojangles for the win.
Walked up to the counter and they wouldn't take our order. Some workers in the back kept looking our way but ignored us and kept talking to each other. I wouldn't trust them to cook a burger safely so we left.
I understand it's fast food, but how are you going to be out of chocolate frosty. The fried are ice cold yet burnt, the burgers came with just meat, no lettuce pickle nothing. The sweet tea was sour and unsweet. Horrible experience.
Not one single burger was correct, the fries were old and overcooked, the nuggets were old as well. Order taker did not listen to what was ordered even right down to the correct sauces. It was not busy so there was no rush to get customers served and out. After reading the other reviews I see this is a consistent issues. People are paying way too much for things anymore for people to not do it correctly. Accidents happen but not the whole order and consistently as it shows on your reviews. I urge corporate and management to make some changes.
I went to this Wendy's while I was at work for lunch. I will say the food was hot and it was fresh and I was full when I left. The dining area was clean and there wasn't a lot of people in there it's just they were slow and I got the wrong food at first.
