Compliant and Compliance audit from patron:
Jose Gomez Reyes, who calls himself HECTOR, exemplifies a manager who received a title, and it ran to his head. No leadership skills and ethics training. The manager informed me that not only will he write up and discipline an employee in front of me, but he stated he is the MAN IN CHARGE!!!
So, let's explain how we got here!
I arrived at this location as I did yesterday, at the same time I did today. JOSE GOMEZ REYES/ fake name he gave to me (Hector) approached me, yelling I vandalized company property by touching an electrical socket that was charging my phone I stated to him sorry this is the same movement and action I did the day previously, and the employee agreed that it was ok." I was in the location for two to three hours waiting for my kids' sports practice to conclude. So, today, imagine having someone yell in a tone you fear is antagonizing, disrespectful, and / or assuming you are a homeless person sitting in the lobby. As a district manager and patron, I've never been approached in this manner ever in any establishment.
But to cut the length of explaining the issue, I will be calling Hoover LLC tomorrow morning.
This review is not based on the store but the personnel who represent the business while running its operation.

I ASSUME THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INCIDENT BECAUSE THE WAY HE APPROACHED ME AND HOW COMFORTABLE IT SLIDE OUT HIS DISRESPECTFUL MOUTH THIS HAPPENS OFTEN TO THE PATRONS....
I ordered a mobile order to come down the street, and food and service was TRASH!! Order was cold when received. Drink was the wrong order, nuggets were hard. We were highly disappointed in this experience, the person delivering was rude. Will not return to this location in the future. Management do better.
this Wendy's has the nicest employees ever !!!!! they are always so happy . this location is very clean and fast and the guy that cleans the outside in the morning is always very positive/upbeat ,<
Forgot my food in the bag. Thats not the issue, the issue is driving all the way back and getting treated like I’m the problem. It’s not even worth my time since its fast food, but if you can’t do the small things right you can’t do the big things right. Rude manager.
It's close to work, in walking distance, so it's convenient.
Service is ALWAYS good, but the dining area could be kept up better.
The food is...well the food. I'm not a fan of "fast food", but like I mentioned, it's convenient.
Their sugar cookies are good. Something in their chocolatechip cookies gives me heartburn...but they are good.

Chicken was tough and rubbery. I had to throw it away. Waited almost 20 min for my order at the drive-through, and I was the only one there when I arrived.
ZACH was awesome and his crew. We came 2 minutes before closing and they still gave us 5 star service. Food was hot and seasoned well. Thank you guys!
