This Wendy's is next door to Baptist East Hospital, I'm sure they see their share of emotions. However, I would have appreciated better hospitality or at least some manners. The food was fine, but they should teach employees to bring service with a smile
The one on Summer Ave. never has chocolate frosty. It gets old. Plus the service is usually a joke and why they have to put that big as baking sheet out the drive through window before I can pull up...I will never know.
I placed an online order for lunch and when I got there I waited for 55 minutes in the drive thru while the manager was outside chatting with her employees about someone calling in sick. This is so unprofessional! Why not meet with your employees during a down time after the lunch rush? I had to leave the line after 55 minutes & head to an appointment. I returned to this location after my appointment to get a refund of food I never received. I parked -and went inside to speak with the Manager when I noticed all 3 doors were locked. SEVERAL other people pulled up & tried to go inside but were frustrated that all the doors were locked. The manager of this location, Kianna, needs to be replaced!
We have been to this location many, many times and it's consistent at having overcooked food, incorrect orders, overpriced for what you get and the quality, and having horrible weed/pot smells. Sad since it's right next to a hospital and so convenient for employees and patients. Don't waste your time and money. I hope management can get it back under control.
It's surprising and refreshing to walk into a fast food establishment and receive service that rivals three star Michelin restaurants.
While the product was par when compared to other fast food, the service and cleanliness of the restaurant shined brighter than the sun.
Call me old fashioned, but I just love, love, love excellent customer service, and today Wendy's greatly surpassed my expectation service.
Today we used the drive thru, but I then walked into the restaurant to get an additional drink and dipping sauces.
The drive thru process was pleasant as I could hear the smile of my order taker through the loudspeaker. She was patient with me as this was my first time ordering off the breakfast menu.
The order was hot, fresh and accurate ( nothing missing ). We ate in our vehicle in the very clean / litter free parking lot.
I walked into the restaurant to order an additional drink and get some ranch. The dining room was not only very clean, but it was also in excellent condition ( looked like it was either recently remodeled or just well taken care of ).
If the food had blown my mind as much as the service, this definitely would have been a five star review

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Asiago Sandwich with a large Strawberry Lemonade. First the order was incorrect, the lady at the window had a terrible attitude. Did not apologize for the order being incorrect. Once I get to my destination. The sandwich on only has one piece of bread and that was on top of sandwich. Wow! Wendy's you guys are working so fast that you have left my bread off the sandwich.
YUK! Doors were all locked up so I couldn’t dine inside which I planned to do since I’m taking a break from a long night at the hospital. This location could be a gold mine close to the hospital and CBHS, however there is no one there managing the employees. I asked the girl at the window for napkins and sauce for my nuggets - total attitude. Nasty people, Nasty Food .
The worst Wendy’s fries are always brown and dry. The chicken nuggets taste like grease. This Wendy’s always get something wrong when placing and order. I have given multiple chances to see if I just picked a bad day or time. I get the same consistency each and every time. Service is not bad that is why I had came back. The service from cashiers is okay. Food is terrible and it cost too much money to waste on horrible food.
