I generally like this Wendy's in comparison to others in the surrounding area. Every once in awhile something will be forgotten from my order but otherwise they're pretty good with order accuracy and quality. My main gripe is that you have to ask for pickles and most of the time even when I ask for them I've noticed they still don't put any on my burger even to the point where I have asked for extra pickles before, been charged for them, and still gotten none. To my knowledge the burgers are supposed to come with pickles unless specified otherwise so I always thought that was strange. Employees have always been courteous to me when correcting mistakes which I appreciate!
The girl handed me half my order through the window and said that was it. I told her I was missing items and she rudely said that was my complete order and shut the window. I go in and she still insists I'm wrong then won't look at my receipt as I'm showing both combo meals I'm missing. Even after she had me repeat what I was missing 5 separate times, my missing items were still wrong. My "plain" spicy chicken sandwich wasn't plain nor cooked properly. When you screw up that bad, at least be polite about it. Guess a simple sorry for the inconvenience was too much to ask. I made sure to be respectful and polite myself. Thankfully an older gentleman was there to chat with while they messed up the missing items. He let me know I wasn't crazy for thinking how rude they were. Health department may want to check this place out.
Ordered 2 20 piece saucy nugs and 2 cheese fries they forgot to give us our other 20 piece and said oh well they said they gave it to you. No they did not. It shows on the receipt 2 20 pieces. They only gave us one 20 piece. Then they get attitutude oh well we will give it to ya this time... beware of this place. Rude. The saucy nugs also had bafely any sauce on them. Barely a drizzle.
Awesome store, very friendly & kind employees. The fries were delicious as well as the rest of the food. This store absolutely embodies the qualities you'd expect of a top-tier fast food establishment. Thank you very much
I love Wendy’s but something is off here- manager pulled me up for a chili and came out texting. Chili has a weird taste
It was actually one of the best visits we've had in awhile. Everyone was very polite and the food was fresh, hot and very good.
Ordered a chicken jalapeño popped sandwich in a lettuce wrap form, and this is what I received. A piece of dried out chicken, some onions, and a bite-size piece of lettuce. It's missing literally all the sandwich ingredients, and they didn't give us the cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream for the chili.
When I ask for extra sauce on the nuggets and u charge foam $1 I expect to have sauce on it
